The food is great, but the people here truly are the sweetest. We order often for our school events, and I come in when I can for lunch. Today the sweet lady I interacted with at the counter found me outside as I was leaving with my order and gave me a gift card credit for my next purchase. I thought that was the loveliest thing, and it's the delicious food plus out-the-way customer service that will keep me coming back.

The owner is incredibly kind. The food delicious! She made us feel very welcome as my daughter is an incoming freshman to Tulane. Gave us a ton of helpful tips, and a free coconut popsicle which was absolutely decadent and perfect on a 90degree day. The restaurant smells divine and the food super fresh, service is excellent. Do not miss this casual, kind and yummy new restaurant

Pepperoni's was recommended to me when I needed a brunch-y reception catered. I received great advice from the staff on what/how much to order. They were responsive, on time, and the food was fresh and delicious - especially the crepes!

I have been a frequent customer of this cafe, but as of today, I will never set foot in there again. When I arrived today, the gentleman taking my order engaged in small talk. We had a pleasant conversation and then I proceeded to give my order. As I was giving my order customers came in. The older woman who works there, stood up and came over and told me “ Finish your order because I have a line”. She said it in a very rude and degrading way. I immediately canceled my order and determined to never go back there again. I don’t know what was her issue. It was a horrible and jarring experience. I will not forget it. I would advise everyone to stay away from that restaurant. It was perhaps the worst customer service I have ever received.The food is decent, but it certainly does not compensate for being treated with disrespect.
