Make sure to ask for Karla. Here Expresso martini is the BOMB! BETTER than Burbon Street. She also is a blast to socialize with. Please, do yourself a favor and check it out. PS the gumbo is on point, and we tried many places before.

Unexpectedly had breakfast there this morning. It was BEYOND YUMMY! The service exceptional and the restaurant was spotless. The breakfast buffet has everything from an omlet station (with a very nice chef), beignets, fresh fruit and several meat options ~I'm a pescatarian so I didnt try those. Beverages are included too. A definite must if you're staying here

The breakfast staff is nice and the atmosphere is decent. However, the breakfast buffet had alot of flies, with nats visibly on the uncovered fruit. The chef who makes the eggs is a great guy but he used his bare hands to sprinkle seasonings on the eggs. The coffee was disgusting. The breakfast buffet was one that I will not ever return too!

Fries are amazing. We enjoued our sandwiches and service but skip the breakfast buffet. It was ungodly expensive and they added their own tip on top.

Spent two nights at the intercontinental and went to Pete's both nights. While I can't speak for the food, since I didn't get any of it (I'm still giving it 5 stars tho), the drinks and service were on point. A huge shout out to the staff who were working at a disadvantage since their ice machine broke one of the nights, but they still strived to accommodate their customers. Their bartender, Ashley, was, is and will continue to be their best asset. She's incredibly hospitable, charismatic and knowledgeable, but most importantly she does her best to ensure the customer has a good time.

Hospitality is an incredibly difficult industry full of unsung heroes. Pete's has at least one, and I'm sure a few more based on my limited time there. Definitely check this place out, the vibe is on point, the price is right and the people are stellar.

We had the crab beignets and shrimp and grits dish. The beignets were delicious, but I didn't like the seasoning on the shrimp, and the grits didn't have enough seasoning. The server was pleasant but wasn't attentive; she and another employee were watching sports. Meanwhile, our drinks weren't refilled, and I desperately needed salt and pepper for the grits. Thankfully, the area has many restaurants; therefore, we weren't limited to Pete's, one of the two eateries in the hotel.

This restaurant has a very limited menu. Unfortunately that's the least of the problems. The server was awful. It started with me asking for a coke he kept saying diet I had to specify 3x regular coke. (I have a bad reaction to artificial sweeteners) My husband asked what beers were on tap the server spouted off a list my husband chose one the server brought a bottle he failed to tell us they don't have draft beer. We order our food which was not at all good. The server didn't check on us the entire meal. We are done eating no water or coke refill. He finally brings refills. We ask for a check. Well my coke was 5 dollars each 10 dollars for 2 very small cokes. Mind you we spent a week in the city and had many great experiences with meals and were happy to pay high prices for those experiences. I do not recommend Pete's to anyone.

If you are not going to eat enough to make the flat rate worth it, then go to a local Starbucks. Not bad. Get the handmade omelette and tip the chef!

20% tip is automatically included in the check. $71.28 for two breakfast buffets. The service was ok but the buffet selection was extremely mediocre.
