This restaurant has a very limited menu. Unfortunately that's the least of the problems. The server was awful. It started with me asking for a coke he kept saying diet I had to specify 3x regular coke. (I have a bad reaction to artificial sweeteners) My husband asked what beers were on tap the server spouted off a list my husband chose one the server brought a bottle he failed to tell us they don't have draft beer. We order our food which was not at all good. The server didn't check on us the entire meal. We are done eating no water or coke refill. He finally brings refills. We ask for a check. Well my coke was 5 dollars each 10 dollars for 2 very small cokes. Mind you we spent a week in the city and had many great experiences with meals and were happy to pay high prices for those experiences. I do not recommend Pete's to anyone.

If you are not going to eat enough to make the flat rate worth it, then go to a local Starbucks. Not bad. Get the handmade omelette and tip the chef!

Food was amazing!! These are the best beignets in New Orleans. I hope to return in the near future.

20% tip is automatically included in the check. $71.28 for two breakfast buffets. The service was ok but the buffet selection was extremely mediocre.

The fruits were really nice. The ambience around the restaurant was equally serene. Most importantly, nice and friendly staff all across as well. Andrea was warm all through.

Had a great dining experience starting with the nicest manager to the rest of the staff. The food was excellent I would definitely recommend stopping by for a meal

Loved the beignets! Service was great. Everyone who we encountered was friendly and attentive. Nice that it's inside the hotel.

I’ve been a many of place for breakfast at a many of hotels but I am amazed at this service and beautiful presentation of this breakfast experience! The staff was very attentive and polite. My breakfast was delicious and prepared timely if not ready for my taking to prepare for myself. I would love to have the people close to me experience the morning I had! This was a great memory and a wonderful way to start my morning!

We stayed at the Intercontinental New Orleans for 5 days. We ate at Pete's several times & had wonderful service from Issela S. Good food & great staff.

I decided to check out Pete's Breakfast Buffet. I was not disappointed yet I was not impressed. It was your typical breakfast buffet bar. The wait time to be seated was a little bit too much considering the size of the restaurant. After being seated it took a few moments for the server to come over to introduce herself. This should have let me know how the rest of my visit would go. The server was not present as much to the tables in her section. I am not sure if they were short staffed but I didn't see a lot of servers...well enough to accommodate the large number of guests. There was a small variety of food options to choose from. For a standard breakfast buffet it was ok. The area where you get food was small so you were always in the way of someone trying to grab food. There were only two omelette stations so there was a line for omelette as well. They also had scrambled eggs, grits, potatoes, French toast, fruits, cereal, muffins/pastries/etc. The food wasn't wow worthy. It was just ok. For the cost, it would have been nice to have more food options. The mimosas were costly as well considering the size. If you want to go for the buffet please go as early as possible. There are many other breakfast restaurants in the area with cheaper prices and more variety. This place has a lot of potential and is visually appealing but the overall experience fell short.

Reyna is an absolute gem! She made sure I had my morning coffee and convinced me to try the restaurant's beignets, assuring me they were better than that famous place's down the street. She was right! They were amazing, and I didn't have to fight a crowd or wait in line to enjoy them. The breakfast buffet was just right and the service was outstanding. While everyone in Pete's was kind and welcoming, I am so appreciative to Reyna and to Isela for treating me like family and for taking such great care of me. They are the best.

We personally had great service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for service is because we witnessed a server being less than friendly & a bit condescending to a guest at their first interaction. She looked tired and like she didn't want to be there. The manager was friendly, informative and prompt. He was also constantly working. They suggested the buffet. The food was good. There was plenty to choose from & The service is fast. It's a bit pricy though. Just under $30 for an average meal. Would I go again if short on time, absolutely.

I had the breakfast buffet. It was good. It was $26. After an additional service charge, tax and tip, it was $40. Sort of ridiculous for a quick breakfast. I did not go back during my 1 week stay at the intercontinental.
