Got a Philly from here and it was more grease than meat. On the 5 min ride back to my office it soaked through 2 layers of wrapping paper and the paper sack. When I unwrapped the sandwich it was so greasy the bread looked like it was dipped in water. The meat had little flavor. And there was a up charge for "Seasoned" fries which was nothing but lowery's sprinkled on them.

I placed an order on doordash for pick up. I ordered 2 surf and turfs, 1 Philly cheesesteak, and 2 cheese fries. When I arrived everything was already ready in two brown paper bags that was stapled at the top. Because the bags was stapled that kind of detoured me from checking the bags but when I got home I was very much upset that I didnt check because I only had 2 sandwiches and 2 cheese fries. I know mistakes can happen so I wasn't really upset but I did want my sandwich that I paid for so I called. The fact that they kept insisting that the 3rd sandwich was in the bag because he didnt see it in the store, is what upset me. Sir I’ve made it home, its 100 degrees outside, and gas is $4 a gallon! With that being said if I had all my food I wouldn't be calling just to get an extra sandwich for free. But the food was good overall which is why i gave it 3 stars. The sandwich could have had more meat and it was a little bit on the small side but i did order the regular size instead of the large. The cheese fries had entirely to much cheese but at least the food was fresh.

A coworker and I found this little spot for lunch and gave it a try. We tried it again a few more times. I'm glad that we did, Philly Dat Up has now been thrown into our official lunch roster.The Philly steak sandwiches are solid and consistent.The same two young ladies waited on us each time and their customer service is great.Philly Dat Up is set up for to go and take out orders. They are pretty quick, and won't keep you waiting long.PDU is a diamond in the rough and worth a try. You won't regret it.

I work for D/D and never heard of this place until I had a pickup here. The food looked and smelled so good I came back with my husband. The evening vibe was totally different from the lunch vibe. (Not in a good way) while waiting for my food I needed to use the restroom but the door was locked. I ask for entry but was told it was "out of order". Hard to believe in this area plus there was no sign stating that. I just wondered with only two young ladies there, where and how would they use it? Especially because I came the day before and it worked fine. The food was good but it looked Nothing like the day before, when I watched another guy create the exact same thing. I'll definitely be back, but only in the early afternoon or when I have a pickup for someone else. Waiting 30 minutes for food and unable to use the restroom is unreasonable at ant restaurant, even if it is a carry out location.
We ordered from UBER EATS and the food was probably the worst $22 we've spent in a long time. The fries were cold/old, the Philly cheese steak was soggy and messy, and the burger was a joke -- withered tomatoes, lettuce and all. My final summary: Everyone shouldn't be in the restaurant business.
