Fantastic oyster happy hour 4-6 every day, with a huge selection from all over North America. Eggplant doughnut is delicious, and it's so great to try new preparations of this veggie. Our server Tristan was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, offering suggestions that were spot on. We will definitely have to come back to try some more dishes.

A fantastic experience any seafood lover should treat themselves too

P&W has an unbelievable menu with some truly unique and delicious options that will have you planning a return trip. The oysters take a pretty successful stab at the “best in the city” title which is saying something in New Orleans. The appetizers present a fresh take on some classics, and the cocktail menu is extensive. While I didn’t have any drinks, the friend I was with thoroughly enjoyed his.

My only wish is that the scallops were a little more numerous in the serving, but the heaping portion of pasta(?) they were served with ensured I didn’t leave hungry.

The service was among the best I’ve ever had - friendly, attentive, knowledgeable without being overly present.

The atmosphere was lovely, with the seating perfectly spaced to balance properly utilizing the space with comfort for the guests, and a nice ambiance. I don’t usually care for that kind of a thing because my primary focus is the food but this would certainly make a nice date spot.

5/5, 10/10 would spend $100+ per person again due to pigging out on appetizers (you can totally go here for less (~$50/person) if you’re not each getting oysters and two apps plus dinner)

We absolutely loved our experience. The atmosphere feels like your in a swanky cruise ship, and the sea-themed details are perfect. From the mermaid tile, the bird wallpaper and squid toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom, to the menu names and food vessels, this concept was so well thought out. The food was amazing! We loved everything! We got the chargrilled mussels, the swordfish schnitzel, and the parmesan redfish. Then we couldn't pass on the lemon cheesecake dessert, which might have been one of the coolest things I've ever seen. Looked JUST like a lemon, on a bed of graham crackers! Add this place to your list!

Dietary restrictions: They were so accommodating to our gluten allergy!

Kat was amazing. The swordfish, the mussels, the oysters - easily one of the best selections, the scallops, and the lemon dessert. Run. DO NOT WALK. RUN!!!!!!! Not to be missed.

OMG! The best meal we have had since being in NOLA!! Service was amazing. Food presentation and taste was fantastic! Danny was so informative and just overall pleasant to be served by. All staff helped each other, and we never waited long for food, drinks, or questions. By far, one of the best experiences we have ever had!

I finally tried this wonderful restaurant and wish I had been long before. Definitely on the top of my list for Nola restaurants. Everything was cooked to perfection: the octopus, chargrilled mussels, squid ink shrimp pasta, oh and do NOT forget the bread service. The Aleppo honey butter might be the best thing I’ve ever had. The cocktail menu, presentation, and phenomenal flavor profile in each drink gets 5 stars. Some of the best cocktails in Nola.

Service was great. Atmosphere nice. Food was ok. Lobster bisque was not good, really gritty/ dirty - do not recommend that. Other food was good, not great.

I ordered clams and when I got them the majority of them were closed. I stabbed myself trying to open them. Then a friend said that means the clams were either dead before cooking or spoiled- basically don’t eat them. When I brought this to management attention (asian lady, no name) she was rude, brusque and argumentative. I felt embarrassed and wished I had just paid for it and not sent it back. The bartender with blue hair was so wonderful and our server was also very attentive and wonderful. All including my clams tasted so great- I just wish I could have eaten them.

Vegetarian options: They have no vegetarian options on the menu. However the chef made a house vegan dinner for our friend with gorgeous mushrooms, greens and couscous

The food here is absolutely fantastic Every dish was completely delicious. The only slight problem was sitting outside on the balcony - it was very warm, because, well its New Orleans in July. On the other hand, when I went inside to use the restroom it was SO loud, I would have hated that even more. Also, sitting outside meant we had to wait a bit each time we needed the waiter (who was just as nice as can be when he did come). My recommendation - wait till the weather cools down a bit and sit on the balcony. And come hungry, the portions are huge.

French onion soup was good but the lobster roll had no flavor, had to ask for melted butter. I’ve had better lobster rolls from a cart. Service was slow, server forgot to put in an item for a guest in our party. For the price it was a bummer, the best part was that it looks nice inside.

One of our favorites in the city. Phenomenal oyster bar with excellent starters and mains - and desserts. Great cocktail menu and wine list to boot. We love the decor and atmosphere... It's like stepping through a trap door into New York City.

Truly one of the best places for oyster happy hour with a large selection of MA, PEI and PNW sourced oysters. I don't generally eat gulf oysters except the dressed NOLA specialty ones, so it's good to have a variety of our preferred alternatives.
