Pigeon and Whale was incredible. We live on the West Coast and are spoiled with amazing seafood but we were blown away by every dish. The whole atmosphere is vibrant and feels like a treat for all the senses. Our server (I think it was James?) was delightful and expertly guided us through our order. A HUGE shout out to the bar staff for concocting and offering complex and unique non-alcoholic cocktails. This was such a welcome departure from the lazy treacle that most restaurants pour. We had a great date night and this is a real standout in a city full of spectacular restaurants.

We ate at the bar. Everything was wonderful. I had my doubts about the trout schnitzel, but I’m telling you that it’s something I will get again so good. The wait staff was amazing.👍👍
Really stellar food and wine. The swordfish schnitzel was particularly delicious. Very friendly staff. Definitely on the spendy side but the food is worth the price of admition. Also the portion sizes are extremely generous.
Excellent all around! Our waiter was amazing, the food was top notch, and the atmosphere was upbeat yet serene. My wife had an amazing birthday and the coolinary menu did not disappoint. I am missing some pictures cause the food was that good, but a surprise for me was the lady finger coffee desert. Thanks again !

This restaurant is VERY good. Excellent seafood options. Dessert is great. The only negative is how loud it is. Eat outside for a quieter experience

A stylish interior is just gilding the lily on this yummy spot. Excellent selection of raw oysters and thoughtfully crafted cocktails. The blue crab salad was divine. Our server was delightfully helpful, and enthusiastic without being too fake. Very cool. I want to find one of those dreamy silver shell water pitchers!!!
The scallop dish was a little under.

A gf and I decided to take advantage of “Coolinary Month” and we are so glad we did. Pigeon and Whale has been on my hit list for a while and it will now be my new regular spot. Our server Khloe’ was fantastic - gave great recommendations and provided 10/10 service. Everything was super delicious and flavorful but the star of our meal was the salmon dish that is only running during the coolinary period - that needs to became a menu staple!!! Highly recommend this spot!!!!

Two of us sat at the bar, originally reserved a table but the bar was a much better vibe! Jayna was our server on an especially busy Saturday night and provided excellent service. Kyle was our shucker behind the bar serving us two dozen oysters and was fantastic as well. We did one coolinary menu and some regular items as well. The squid ink pasta was a highlight—served as a full entree on the coolinary menu but also available as an appetizer on the regular menu—and all of the oysters were fresh as can be! The wine by the bottle & by the glass are varied and all exceptional, I work in the industry and their prices BTG and by the bottle are more than fair, a great value. Will definitely be back. Much love & thanks.

Was excited to try this place but found the food to be mediocre/overpriced. The drinks were okay. Great service but food was lacking.

Pigeon & Whale is an absolute gem. The decor alone sets the tone; bespoke, moody, and sexy without trying too hard. Service was flawless from start to finish, and I was thrilled to see Aaron (formerly of Doris Metropolitan). His knowledge of the menu, cocktails, and flavor profiles is unmatched, and he makes you feel instantly welcome.
The food? Unreal. Every dish was layered and balanced, but the standout for me was dessert, When Life Gives You Lemons. There aren’t words for how refreshing and vibrant it is. Bright, zesty, and impossible not to crave another bite.
10/10! Can’t wait to go back.

The cocktails and food were incredible, almost as good as Daniel's fantastic job as our server! Highly recommend the lobster roll, swordfish schnitzel and don't leave without the lemon cheesecake!
