Pigeon Catering provides lunches for schools as well as catering events. The staff at one particular school has been rude on multiple occasions and the serving sizes are inadequate for both children and adults. I have contacted Pigeon with my concerns, but no response was ever given. I would NOT recommend this business due to the lack of communication and the service staff.

Let's see, attempted to hire me. I personally have a problem with anyone that blocks there number, don't leave any message, but text me to call them. Sounds like a creepy auto insurance scam or social security folks about my identity again. Either way, creepy way to conduct business

My wife and I got married recently and had Pigeon Caters provide the food. What a great choice! All of the guests raved about the food especially the desert bar and the spinach and artichoke dip. We barely had time to enjoy the food, but they packed us up a little taste of everything! Hopefully I won't have to get married again, but if I do, I'll be using them again!

The customer service was excellent but the food was horrible. The sheered chicken was cooked too hard, the Asparagus was burnt, the rice wasn’t done, the gumbo was tasteless no seasoning, the Jambalaya was tasteless, the pecan squares we’re too sweet and too hard and the oyster tarts was again, tasteless. Whomever prepared my 40th birthday dinner ruined it with the dinner. I have called twice to speak with a manager, I’ve only received individuals stating they will pass it on. I came from out of town to enjoy my birthday dinner in the great state of Louisiana-New Orleans at that! In Louisiana of all places, the food and drinks I feel should always be up to standard. It’s well known for its cuisine. I’m still waiting to speak with management.

Pigeon delivered a delicious spread of New Orleans favorites to my group of 14 for my 40th bday and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The red beans & rice with sausage, and shrimp creole were especially good but everything was tasty and the portions were big. Reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and the delivery was right on time. I wish I got his name, but our delivery person set up everything in trays and serving dishes and they supplied us with ample disposable plates & cutlery. Thank you, Pigeon!

From every step of the process with selecting our menu to service through them packing up late night dinner for me and my new wife - every single aspect was a delicious and easy dream. I’m highly recommending them to my family for future events. Seriously, my guests are still talking about the Oyster Bar, Cafe Au Lait Shooters, and beverage service almost a month post-wedding.
