I was surprised at how delicious the pizza was-and so fairly priced.! The restaurant was clean and the workers took good care of us! Loved it!

Pizza was really good and the sweets were amazing. The lady at the register was not very friendly which is the only reason I'm not leaving a 5 star review.

I recently gave PizzaCake a try and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The pizza was really dry and didn't have much flavor at all. It was kinda like I wasn't tasting anything at all. It's a shame because the pizza actually looks really good.

With Harrahs / Caesars spending all of their resources to get ready for the NOLA Super Bowl, it is obvious that there is no or little attention being paid on managing the resources that they have, or making current guests happy. The staff at the casino and hotel were miserable, and it came through in how they treated guests and did their jobs. We got a slice of cheese, and of pepperoni, and they were reheated, and were nothing but grease - there is no telling how long they had been sitting out before they were served to us. The pastries obviously were not made there, and again looked like they had long gone past their shelf live.
But the worst part is that I got sick after eating my slice of pepperoni, and my stomach was turning for the next few days. There is nothing worse than being in New Orleans and not being able to eat! Overpriced and underwhelming. If you like days old cake though, in a plastic wrapping or dried out pastries probably made thousands of miles away, this is the place for you.

The servers exhibited great friendliness. The cookies and pizza were delicious, though a tad pricey. Nonetheless, it's convenient to have a late-night option for gamblers.

Stay away. Just go to a corner pizza place. Ugly attitude. Bad service and you're gonna wait too long for a whole pizza. Pizza by the sluce is available but it's gonna be cold

When it comes to a pizza or a cheeseburger, I’m a sucker for good pizza and it kills me to have to give Pizza Cake a bad review, because that pizza looked GOOD!!Unfortunately, the staffed seemed more interested in shushing the customers along rather than taking their orders. There was no warm, welcome or assistance navigating the ordering process. The customer service was so rude, I decided to go to Bobby‘s Burgers!Bobby's Burgers is an excellent selection! Their food is exceptional, and their customer service goes above and beyond expectations.

I don’t know why people rate the service here so poorly. We had OUTSTANDING SERVICE! We had three slices of pizza and two sodas. The total was $35, so it’s not the cheapest pizza, but boy, it was DELICIOUS! The service was fast and the ladies were super friendly. Maybe other customers are rude to the staff, but we had no problems and we will definitely return on our next visit to NOLA. A+++ service in my book.

Located inside Harrah's casino (across from Gordon Biersch) is a small pizza spot names PizzaCake by Buddy Valastro.I ordered a slice of the spicy supreme and a pepperoni deep dish.My first impression of the spicy supreme is very good. Served hot from the oven and crispy crust. It's an impressive combination of flavors. The spicy supreme is spicy enough for most folks. They have red peppers and Parmesan if you need it. It's a large slice to justify the $8 price tag you're basically getting two slices. The deep dish pepperoni with marinara and mini cupped pepperoni was also very good. The crust was crispy but the dough was soft and the marinara delicious.Even the crust is well flavored it's a well made pie highly recommend. If you like desserts, they also have cakes, cookies, and other sweet confections to satisfy your sweet tooth.

We live in vegas and go to pizza cake and Buddys restaurants all the time.In vegas it is awesome ?
But at this Harrahs it's sucks it's not fresh and all 3 times times I have went the pizza had been sitting for a long time and they only had 2 or 3 variety of pizza slices to choose from.
IN ADDITION the Staff it's the friendliest .They are not cheerful and friendly like at home on the vegas strip.
