Went here on a date and she didn’t have a vax card, so we had to sit outside in the 90°+ heat.

Lovely atmosphere! I really enjoy my meals here. Would especially recommend their happy hour for great deals. Staff is very friendly. Their thin crust pizza is very light. Surprisingly easy to eat a whole one by yourself! My tip would be to not get a lot of toppings on it because the thin crust can't always support it. Their garlic knots and roasted cauliflower are delicious too!
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options on the menu and you can also build your own pizza.

Always loved it here since I was a teen but they took away most of my favorite pizzas on the menu and the prices have jacked up good food for a special occasion
Extremely rude hostess, unwillingly answered questions, acted as if our questions regarding seating were idiotic. Staff not associated with our table just seemed to be annoyed we existed every time we would maneuver around the restaurant (getting to table, going to restroom). At one point one of the wait staff (NOT busser) rolled his eyes at my friend who was attempting to straighten her coat on her chair. All seemed generally annoyed to assist with anything.

Our waiter , Paul, got everyone's bill wrong. They were out of a particular salad, which Paul explained to only one of the people who ordered it. When the salads did arrive they were good. The pizzas were just okay, which is sad because they used to be amazing. They were delivered to the table quite rudely and at the wrong places, so then we had to handle hot pizza platters and move them, ouch. Must say that overall BRG's standards are slipping. The restaurant was not busy, so really no excuse for the poor service.

The service was great - food was not. New Orleans is a City famous for its eateries, but maybe the bar is low. So tired of paying for burned, reheated in a microwave food?
The baked ziti is burned and where is the sauce? The pizza is salty, but at least I can chew it. I give up. This us why I cook at home.
