There's been something interesting that I've noticed from here. The time's I've used my card to pay for my orders over the phone, there's unusual transactions on my account a day or two after. The first time I thought it was weird coincidence, but when the second time I used my card, and two purchases were made less than 24 hours later, on a day when I didn't even leave my house, I found it more than a little suspicious. Tried asking a manager if there's a chance an employee could be snagging card information but even management didn't see possible theft and fraud as an issue. Now I'm wondering how many other people have had their information stolen and how many employees and managers are in on it. Corporate doesn't seem to care either, so this might have to become a legal issue

Open the box and look at your order before u leave the store. I ordered a dinner box, 2 meat lovers, 8 honey wings, cheesy bread. $38 dollars later I received: 1 meat lovers, 1 buffalo chicken, 8 buffalo wings, regular bread sticks. I live 20 mins away and didnt find mistake until I got home. Filled out the online survey and what did I get for a 75% incorrect/50% eatable (Buffalo sauce is nasty) order? An apology and better luck next time email from RGM of Horizon River Restaurants Tyra Smith.

Pizza Hut on Gen DeGaulle. Ordered 3 pizzas. Hung up the phone called back 30 seconds later to make a change. Order taken and confirmed. I get to the store and my order is way wrong. I was told they had already made my pizza when I called back.? Impossible...so they took my pizza back didn't remake it but threw some mushrooms on top??

Very convenient location. However, the service could be better. There was a line backed up to the door, and the staff seemed very unorganized, but once I did receive my order, it was pretty good.

It’s a hit and miss with this particular store, however, the customer service is always up to par. The melts were not melted at all, they were hard as heck with minimal meat (I ordered the meat lovers). The pizza is still in my fridge.. I guess the best thing was the Mug but when you’re tired and unwell, decent food should come easy.

Tastetaster was not prepared correctly at all. I ordered it pan made with three toppings. I requested normal serving amount of each topping. Very light, and I do mean very light portion amounts including the cheese and sauce. Food was undesirable and discarded after only one bite. There is no chance that I will return to this location, and possibly never to patronize pizza hut again.

I ordered a box with chicken. I adked for a fork. I was told "no you get napkins" I than said I'd pay for the fork. To which I was told "no you get napkins" so essentially yall saved a dollar in exchange for the loss of a customer. Congratulations!!!!!

The employees there were extremely helpful & professional. From the manager on duty, to the gentleman preparing the pizzas & working the lobby, to the other lady who was working in the back. I will definitely be back.
I always have loved the thin and crispy pizza from Puzza Hut. It has never waivered in taste or appearance.
