I'm just going to stop ordering from this location. It's convenient because it's the closest to my house.. but to receive burnt pizza on a consistent basis is ridiculous. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and that was crisp like a chip. Waste of money.

Never again these people took my money I didn’t get everything I ordered and the food was cold and hard tried calling and nobody picked up the phone, the driver had a baby in the car when she delivered my food the overall service was horrible

This location and Tchoupitoulas are by far horrible. If you want dry pizza because it’s been in the oven too long visit those locations. My kids LOVEEE pizza from Pizza Hut, and literally every time I order from this location and tchoupitoulas they RARELY EAT IT. I even notice it doesn’t taste as good as the Vets location! It’s sad that I have to drive way to Metairie to get perfect baked cheesy pizza. I say all that to say, if you want pizza that’s baked to perfection, that when you bite into your pizza you can see the cheese coming from it - visit the location on Veterans.Also, might I add it seems that your staff need to be retrained on the following:1) how to cut pizza2) how to proportionally put your toppings on the pizza3) how long pizzas should be in ovenWon’t be back to either locations, it’s literally a waste of money!

The customer service is horrible. My last two orders were missing food that I paid for and I was given a hard time about my hard earned money. I will no longer be a customer.

I ordered Pizza Hut delivered last night. I didn't get everything I had ordered & paid for. I tried calling the local store many times & nobody would answer my calls. I finally reached a call center somewhere & the employee there said I would have to call the corporate office - which has an automated message saying I would have to send a message on line. Basically, Pizza Hut completely dropped the ball & it appeared that nobody there cared or was willing to make their mistake right. Have been a loyal, long-time Pizza Hut customer. I will NEVER order anything from Pizza Hut again. Terrible customer service all the way around!
