When door dash delivers for them it's not a great experience vs their own drivers

I placed a delivery order through the mobile Pizza Hut website on my phone. This location partnered with Door Dash to have my order delivered. The dasher called me and advised that he caught a flat. He said that I had to wait for his tire to be fixed to deliver my order. He didn't know when someone would come fix the tire and couldn't give me an ETA. I told him I would rather meet him because it was getting late and the food would be cold. The dasher refused to work with me in getting my food and he refused to call Door Dash customer service about the issue. So I drove to this Pizza Hut to explain my problem. I arrive to this location and began speaking with a guy at the register. Before I could finish my sentence, the dasher, who have yet to advise Door Dash customer service of the issue, begins yelling at me. When I first walked in, I did noticed the dasher but I did not address him because, at this point, I felt my issue is no longer with him. I did not order through Door Dash so there is no need to converse with him. When I began to speak my case, both the Dasher and store manager are yelling at me when I wasn't the one yelling and being aggressive in the first place and nothing was said to the rude dasher. I remained calm after seeing how everything is being played out and suggested they call the police to keep the peace. You have a hostile man yelling and walking up to a woman for no reason for something that is not that serious or necessary. The store manager and dasher both treated me as if I was in the wrong when I had already PAID for my food and a service. I just wanted what I paid for. It's crazy how I was treated. I didn't have a voice and I could never get a word out dealing with a belligerently, rude dasher and a store manager with a don't care attitude. Both dasher and store manager eventually got on the phone with Door Dash customer service. The dasher and store manager both speaking rudely about me on the phone with Door Dash customer service as if I was not standing there. Eventually my order was cancelled and a new order was placed by the store manager. I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for the new order which I didn't have a problem with because I was not accepting anything from the Dasher at that point. The original time for my food to be delivered was 7:36 PM. I made it home with my order at 8:55 PM. I have video recordings of the ordeal.

Really it has been closed or reduced hours and seems justified, ordered on a Saturday late afternoon and really nice people running the store. Girl at the counter apparently new was asking if the pizza in the warmer was mine, only pizza in the warmer. Had me sign and I used Apple Pay, odd. Ordered 2 pizzas and could not tell the difference between hand tossed and pan. Not terrible but if you don't have the right crust. Just say or acknowledge it. Deleting the app done with the hut here in New Orleans

The delivery driver forgot one of our pizzas at the store. The pizza seemed undercooked and of poor quality for the price. I will not be ordering from this establishment in the foreseeable future.

Ordered as I was driving across Causeway and app said ready in 15 minutes, and when I got there it was ready, just being packaged up for pick up.

i made a mistake and added meatballs on my pizza, i realized my mistake ad called the store to have them removed and they refused.
