Pizza Hut on Crowder always seem to disappoint me after I give them chance after chance. They are connected with DoorDash now, & not their own personal drivers. Last night the driver delivered partial of my order & was not responsive or responsible to ensuring I get the rest of my order. When I called the store (Crowder) location to report I was placed on hold from 9:45p-12:00am.

Usually I get the pan pizza here & have been very pleased with it. On this trip I didn't specify a pan & got a traditional pie a large veggie supreme. The crust was good. Flavor also good. The problem was very few veggies. A thin strip or two of green , a few thin strip or two of onion, 1 single slice of mushroom, & lots of black olives.
Vegetarian options: Need to actually have veggies on the pizza to make it worthy of being called a veggie pizza.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is easy to get into & out of this unit.

Burnt pizza and made me pay anyway because if not I’ll be banned from ordering pizza from that store.
The service was a (-)10 I stood in the line for over 15 minutes because I didn't want to skip the line because I ordered and paid for my stuff online. When I get to the front people just started to walk up saying names and orders. The cashier just turn her back on me and started passing out orders this was the worst experience ever and I want be back.

Even though, because of a language barrier, my pizza was delish, part of the order was left off.( I wish Pizza Hut still had the dine in experience. I loved the salad bar along with the pizza back in the day. It's much better than ChCh or even CCs, where the kids like to go.) I had to wait for part of my order. No problem. Team Pizza Hut!
