I always have a great experience at this location! Very peaceful environment for studying and working, and delicious drinks and pastries. Marigny, my barista, made me the best pumpkin spice latte I’ve ever had. I’m also obsessed with their cranberry muffins. I will be back!

So far I haven’t found a better PJs in the city. People enjoy working remotely and having meeting here. My understanding is that there is even a large meeting area upon request.

Coffee here is great but the customer service is lacking. They don't acknowledge you when picking up mo Ile orders and orders are seldom ready when you arrive. The taste of fhe coffee will be Fabulous but service is a factor also.

PJ's never fails to fail. I truly and sincerely wanted to give them another chance. It's late December, about 45, maybe 50 degrees Fahrenheit outside, but the have the AC on full blast. I'm freezing inside. I think it's colder inside than it is outside. Coffee ok, but not spectacular. Staff is nice enough - much better than other PJs locations, but that's not saying much, since their other locations have set the bar pretty low on that. The most overpriced pastries (and food in general) in town. Worn out and torn benches, broken tables (at least the one I happened to sit at). I will give them another try in a year or two.

I love PJ's and have been going to PJ's beginning with the original location on Maple Street! However, this location is experiencing multiple issues. The Internet speed is almost non-existent, and they are slow to address this issue. Today, this location wanted to charge me 70 cents for a sprinkle of powdered cinnamon which is free at other PJs such as Canal and St. Charles. Simply outrageous! Service can be painfully slow at this location at times. It varies. Management, please step up your game. As a network administrator, I know that the wireless Internet issue here is easily and inexpensively fixed. And charging for nearly 25% more for a coffee with a condiment is outrageous. The coffee is always excellent and I must state that I have never had a bad cup of coffee at any PJ's ever!
