I was welcome with the WARMEST welcome by Chase. After looking for coffee on Parade day and being let down Chase and his crew saved the day !!!

I came here for breakfast last week. It is a nice store on busy Maple Street. I ordered the Original Cold Brew and the breakfast sandwich. The sandwich looked like it was pulled out of plastic and thrown into the oven. It was okay. I had better breakfast sandwiches elsewhere. The coffee was decent. There is a large seating area on the side where you can eat and people watch. Overall, a decent place to stop by and get breakfast.

PJ's never fails to fail. I truly and sincerely wanted to give them another chance. It's late December, about 45, maybe 50 degrees Fahrenheit outside, but the have the AC on full blast. I'm freezing inside. I think it's colder inside than it is outside. Coffee ok, but not spectacular. Staff is nice enough - much better than other PJs locations, but that's not saying much, since their other locations have set the bar pretty low on that. The most overpriced pastries (and food in general) in town. Worn out and torn benches, broken tables (at least the one I happened to sit at). I will give them another try in a year or two.

The coffee alone is 5 stars. It tastes freshly brewed, full of flavor and the price is reasonable. What I didn't like is they have poor customer service. I visited 3x during our trip in the morning. They were not friendly, seemed impatient and didn't like when you had questions. The place was also not picked up, it was messy and unkept in the lobby area.

I love PJ's and have been going to PJ's beginning with the original location on Maple Street! However, this location is experiencing multiple issues. The Internet speed is almost non-existent, and they are slow to address this issue. Today, this location wanted to charge me 70 cents for a sprinkle of powdered cinnamon which is free at other PJs such as Canal and St. Charles. Simply outrageous! Service can be painfully slow at this location at times. It varies. Management, please step up your game. As a network administrator, I know that the wireless Internet issue here is easily and inexpensively fixed. And charging for nearly 25% more for a coffee with a condiment is outrageous. The coffee is always excellent and I must state that I have never had a bad cup of coffee at any PJ's ever!

This particular Pj's is having issues. Today they wanted to charge me 70 cents for a sprinkle of cinnamon on my coffee. Now please understand that every other PJ's in the area has it out for the customer to sprinkle on coffee but here they keep it in the back and charge for a dash of powdered cinnamon! The assistant manager told me this is what they do at this particular PJ's. She also told me that no one had spoken to her about the Internet issues. Lastly, I asked about Reid, who has previously replied to one of my posts. She claims she has never heard of him! So much for the team approach! Please step it up at this location. BTW, the coffee is always perfect. But service can be painfully slow at times. And Internet speeds of LESS than 2 MPS per second are ridiculously poor. As a network administrator, I can tell you that it is not a difficult or expensive fix...they just need to address the issue! Management is the issue.

First, let me start with I love PJ's. I have been drinking PJs coffee for over 30 years. Granitas everyday.. (I know, I have a granita problem. Lol)Maple st was my preferred location until the last few months. My granitas are never correct. The consistency nor the flavor. I hoped it was just one offs but this morning I decided to give them another try since I was next door at the Patisserie. This was the worst yet. I really hope this is just bad staff and gets corrected. For now I will continue to drive further out for my coffees. I will try to add the pic of what they gave me. Coffee colored at bottom light foam look top half. I hope they get this corrected soon.
