Shes rude, argues about everything, and not once have i ever seen a smile. I even leave her good tips and she still cant give me a cold brew without acting like a complete pos

Coffee shop with NO Latte, NO Cappuccino, just drip coffee - what a joke! Staff standing around eating and chatting, great business, NOT.

Quite possibly the two rudest batista on the planet. Coffee is average at best, but the "service" was horrendous. Give this place a pass

Visited the café for a swift coffee, but upon receiving the email receipt post my departure, I was taken aback to find an unauthorized tip charge of $3, amounting to a staggering 60% of the $5 coffee cost. Regrettably, this experience has eroded my trust in this establishment. I am compelled to distance myself from such unethical practices and cannot endorse a business that engages in such behavior.

Pj's is cool. I like their honey oat milk latte a lot. This location is inside of the grocery store (no drive through).

I just had the worst experience here. I ordered a small skinny vanilla latte with oat milk and a medium red eye. The barista forgot the latter, then made it a small and my latte was a medium. With both drinks incorrect, I thought it smart to taste my latte- and it’s not oat milk. With both drinks incorrect, I went back to say something. Not only was the barista rude and passive aggressive, but they charged me for the oat milk eventhough I confirmed it twice. I was even told “you ordered it (the skinny vanilla latte) wrong, it comes with skim milk, I made it correctly.” He also challenged me to contact his manager which I will. I love small coffee shops and lattes and often get coffee 2-3x per week. Literally never in my life have I been treated so rudely by a coffee shop staff person- and for a mistake they made. Go to French Truck coffee in the quarter instead. We’d gone there the day before and there were no issues.

Awesome coffee and specialty drinks! A must for those coffee fanatics. Cappuccinos and frozen coffee drinks were on point.

Several of us met here to keep warm in between our rugby games. Coffee, tea, and sweets were great. Breakfast sandwich (croissant, egg and sausage) was decent. I didn’t order one, but the specialty drinks looked delicious!!! The atmosphere was very cute. The staff set this place above the rest though. Very kind and we most certainly overstayed our welcome, but you’d not know it from their friendly smiles. Thanks for allowing us to warm up and chat! If you haven’t been here before, you should check this locally owned business out!

Kylie was the kindest most patient young lady we have come across on our trip to New Orleans!!! Her spirit is contagious and her incredible customer service was much appreciated. Truly Tiajah and everyone at the coffee shop was as friendly as they come!! BTW the coffee is incredible!! Would highly recommend!

The girl that served me was quite honestly the rudest most ignorant person I have come across on my travels so far, I’m from the UK and love finding cool little coffee shops to sit and chill for a while, I ordered coffee and a muffin added a tip when I paid and sat down inside to eat and drink. When I finished rather than leave my cup and wrapper on the table I gathered it up and took it to the counter whereupon the girl looked me up and down in disgust asked loudly in front of other customers ‘you giving me your trash? I was so embarrassed so I just asked her yes why? Should I have left it at the table? I can’t see a bin is there one? So she very loudly repeated ‘ you’re giving me your trash? Whilst looking at me in disgust so I asked her where the trash bin was, she gestured through to a different part of the shop so I took it through there feeling absolutely mortified, she had no right to show me up I could have just left it on the table I thought I was being helpful. This girl should not be working in customer service she is so rude and when she wasn’t serving she was just larking around with a man that was in there with her. I won’t be coming back and I won’t be recommending

Don't miss this place if you're looking for chai, hot chocolate, coffee or frozen drinks. They also cook light, fluffy, delicious BEIGNETS to order. You are greeted by friendly people, ordering is simple. This is our favorite coffee/chai/beignet place in New Orleans. Rarely a wait. Not a tourist trap.

Good Menu selection with coffees and muffins. Local favorite with Tourists. This location is easy to walk to and from in The FQ and to Canal Street. Know your location always.
