My first time going to PJ's to use a gift card. Their king cake coffee was alright. It took awhile to get my coffee in the drive thru. Cashier worked like she was new. Make sure you ask for your receipt.

I tried a location in the French quarter and so on my way home stopped at this location. The guy taking my order, had an I don't care attitude. Got the order wrong. I let them know at the window, they remade it WRONG. Tried again, and STILL managed to get it wrong. Seriously????

2 drive thru lanes. Pay when you order. Coffee is pretty good. Bagel is hot outside but cold inside.
Visited from out of town and tried a PJ’s by the superdome which was great. Ordered the same here, a simple iced coffee and it was not good. The coffee was way too watery and I basically paid $4 for a cup 3/4 full of ice. They also gave me a flavored coffee and not regular coffee without checking with me. Service was poor. The payment terminal used for the drive through is not user friendly.More on this for management, it’s not intuitive to close out the last person’s order and click on “new order” on the top left of the terminal to be able to pay. As a fellow business owner if anything this should be changed asap.

Good location and most of the staff are friendly. Unfortunately the coffee is never really hot and both drive throughs have been broken for weeks. My final frustration was ordering through the app for curbside pickup (they require you to enter you make, car color, and license plate), the app noting it would be ready in 15 minutes, waiting over 15 minutes with no order in sight, calling, getting fussed at, and finally when I asked to have the order canceled she hung up on me. There are plenty of other PJs in town who do a great job of making good coffee and providing great service. This would be one of my last choices.
