It takes forever to get someone to help you because they have one poor girl doing the inside purchases and drive thru!!!

Lost points bc ordering in drive thru is so hard. The speaker is so bad you have to repeat yourself several times. Now that there is a chik filet here I go there bc ordering there’s easier.

Every morning the best scenarios that I enjoy is a nice warm coffee combine with a warm breakfast. That was not the case today at this facility. I will note that I did called 3 times to try to make amends before doing a review but there was no answer.
2 cold croissants and a mediocre coffe for 20$ is not how a customers morning should start.
Safe to say I will take my business to different locations.

While the kids working there are nice, the consistency and knowledge/training on making various coffee’s are horrible! The latest ownership of this shop seems to show no interest in the business or making it better. It’s sad that it’s beginning to suck!
Does not cover the tops or properly bag Uber eats coffee order a hole is left open at the top of your cup it’s disgusting the driver can drop anything in it , tried calling the store nobody answers this is there second time sending out a order this way staff need to be trained on how to cover and bag Online orders because leaving them open is gross

I didn’t get the name of the barista working this morning but she was hustling hard! She was the only one working and although the wait was a little longer due to this, she was killing it. Handling both the drive through and the inside line. These are the type of people you want to help run your establishment. I hope she sees this and feels validated for the hard work she was putting in this morning ❤️
Horrible service! Went to get my usual order Medium Caramel Velvet Ice with Almond Milk x 2, went through the drive thru and after paying was told they didn’t have the Caramel, decided to get it anyway and realized it was disgusting. We immediately turned around and went inside to get a refund and return the 2 full drinks and was told we could not receive a refund our only option is to have the drinks remade “better”.
There was no resolve. The drinks could not be remade to our satisfaction because they are out of stock of the caramel, and I cannot be refunded my money for beverages we didn’t keep. Ultimately, I made a donation of $17 for 2 coffees we did not get to enjoy.
I never have this issue at the PJ’s on Manhattan, they will retain my business going forward.
Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this location in Algiers.

On Oct 12, 2024 I order two drinks they got brought to me completely made wrong. I go in to get it refunded and was told that I couldn’t get my money back due to the system. And the only options were to get the drinks remade or nothing. Basically I threw away my money that I work hard for. This is completely unacceptable. This never happens at the PJ’s on manhattan.

Ordered 4 drinks with Uber from this PJs, only received 3, and when I called to figure out what happened, to check whether or not it was uber's fault or theirs, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. Wouldn't call that good service.

Emily just made me the most delicious velvet ice, I took one sip and couldn't stop after! The inside was very clean, I enjoyed sitting in the booth and working on my laptop. Both of the girls working are very friendly.

While most people like Starbucks, I’m a PJ coffee girl. I recently visited another location and I used the mobile app for the first time. My assumption was that I would order it and it would be ready for me on the counter so I could quickly go in and pick it up. When I went in, the barista said that they usually don’t leave them on the counter because people steal the orders. This eliminates ordering and picking up. I feel like I could’ve just went through the drive-thru. The atmosphere was small, but it was nice and quick. I would visit again, but continue to go through the drive-thru.

Came in this morning as I do every morning and Emily was the best. I get the same thing every morning and it’s never made the way it should be but Emily made it the way it should have been. She was super sweet and welcoming. She greeted me right away and took my order with a smile on her face. She didn’t rush me and took her time making the drinks I ordered.
I asked her for her name and she said “ Emily “ with not a worry in the world on why I was asking and a smile on her face.
It’s all of the little things that matter. Most times I’m met with a bland or dry welcoming and my order is taken with no smile, no recommendations, and I’m rushed.
Emily was so sweet and warm. I loved her and I hope she’s there a lot longer.
If you can see this, Thank you so much Emily. I enjoyed you and the drinks you made. I’ll be calling to personally ask for you. ?????
