Extremely rude barista in Liberty overalls called out my wife and me very loudly in a crowded shop, accusing us of trying to exploit her tour guide discount for a small order we'd have gladly paid full price for. We are daily customers and there was no cause to speak to us so rudely. She won't be sending any more tour guests to this location, and I'll be getting my daily frozen coffee from Avenue Cafe on St Charles from now on. The coffee is better there anyway, and worth the extra five-minute walk.

I wish i could put red flags on this place. Went in with a pretty lengthy order, the workers had already seemed annoyed when I started ordering because of my long list. I ordered a holiday beverage that specified all the toppings, but was slammed with a plain peppermint latte & when I asked for it to be made correctly he/she snatched the drink & again slammed every other cup on the counter. Santa Claus at the register has a nasty attitude & never wash his hands. You can't have a pet friendly establishment & don't wash your hands with soap and water after your encounter with a dog. Prices are already $2 more than what you would pay at another PJs location, and to have the nerve to have this type of service is insane.

The beignets they have here are extremely amazing, but I only had the chance to try a couple of bites of one (that's on me). We went back later in the day because I wanted to try a whole one, but I'm taking off one star because they were completely out, which was very frustrating since I'll never be back in New Orleans again. I even went to 2 other PJ's locations immediately after, but neither sold beignets. For a stellar menu item, I would expect them to have these well stocked.

Aside from that, their sausage, egg, and cheese English muffin wasn't great.

Fun place to meet friends for great coffee, a pastry, friendly staff, and great ambience inside or in the back court yard.

The peach palmer was better than sex and left me gasping for air. Had a sausage egg cheese biscuit as well before stealing second that was also super fluffy and delicious.

The beignets were absolutely amazing!!! Extremely thin and flaky with a slightly gooey center, absolutely obsessed with them!
The coffee itself is very tasty as well, can be a bit confusing while ordering it, but great time either way

Always had a pleasant experience. I was in town for two weeks visiting my best friend and Godfather of Mauricio Diaz. daughter also he is Vice President of Diaz incorporated. Walking in by myself all the staff was very polite, personable, professional, and the all of the P.J. I visited were always clean and welcoming. I live in Colorado so when I go to New Orleans I usually go to Cafe du monde. After going to P.J I know where to get the best beignets, coffee or frozen coffee. The drive thru was fast but also made sure my order cam out just right. I highly recommend P.Js I have nothing but kind words to say regarding my experience. I believe anyone one else trying a new coffee and pastrie shop you wont be disappointed. Really wish we had one in Littelton. Thank you for reading my review

Stopped into PJ’s for a quick coffee and snack. The staff was friendly and the shop itself was clean and comfortable—definitely a nice place to sit and relax for a bit. Unfortunately, the food and coffee didn’t impress. The coffee tasted pretty similar to Dunkin’ but came with a higher price tag. I also tried a beignet, which was raw in the middle—not what you want when you’re in New Orleans and expecting something great.

Overall, it’s a decent spot to sit and chill, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way for.

Employees have no clue what they are doing. When asked about a price hike, they were clueless. Long waits, clueless employees, and half assed drinks. Would avoid this one

We had tried to get beignets in the French Quarter but it was mobbed with tourists just like us! We were pleased to find that pjs makes fantastic beignets (at least at this location in the garden district). Coffee was also good and cozy atmosphere. Out door seating also

Dog friendly local coffee shop with a solid selection of brews at fair prices. The line can get backed up when busy as there is typically only one barista.
