PJ’s is absolutely my go to spot for coffee. I rarely get a chance to go to this particular store in New Orleans East, but the few time I have been there the service is always outstanding. The staff is always friendly, and this morning after placing my order and stepping away from the counter to the seating area on of the employees, I believe Monica, brought the coffee to where I was. This type of service is nearly extinct these days.

When I arrived at the location, the line was around the building, so I figured the drinks and food would be decent. I ordered a Cuban sandwich which their website advertised as "Marinated pulled pork, hickory smoked ham, Swiss, bread and butter pickles, and mustard on Ciabatta. What I received was a dry rubbery ciabatta bun containing only Swiss and ham. Who runs this place?!! Terrible and sad that they even passed this off as a Cuban. Just say you don't have the ingredients.

I really like supporting local businesses. This PJs really made me happy. Sooooo happy I stopped in for a hot mocha. The ladies greeted me with a smile and had outstanding customer service. Anytime I'm in the area(or you are) I'll def stop in for a smile and coffee.

Tried to order beignets they said 20 minutes there made fresh idk pass on this place
Had a less than great experience here, unfortunately. Their hours are 7a-3p, and I pulled in to the drive through at around 2:10pm. I was told that they were "about to close so I may not be able to make what you want." I ordered 2 hot lattes, a cold brew, and an iced cafe au lait. Everything tasted like water. Nothing tasted like coffee, despite adding extra espresso shots to the lattes. The wait was so long, and the drinks were so far from what they cost.

This PJ’s consistently has top notch customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure that customers feel valued. Once, my Uber order was incorrect. They sent their own barista to deliver the correct order! Yesterday, I left my sandwich at the register. I called to see if I had left without it and they confirmed that I did. Then they offered to refund it! But, far beyond that, the following day they called me to make sure my refund went through. The staff at this PJ’s are so friendly and kind. This is the best PJ’s in NOLA!

I understand people go through things in life but every single time I come the girl at window seem like she hate her job. She slammed the window close and never seem to have a good attitude. I stopped coming here for that reason?
