Plant Bass Vegan Deli

It is my gratitude to have visited the beloved restaurant since their establishment in the Algiers neighborhood a few years ago. I was esteemed to have a Bass Burger and The Mic Drop Burger. I am not vegan nor even vegetarian, but this food are quite delicacies. The customer service is also quite kind and lovely. May grace and peace be upon you and your loved ones. Please note that this is a vegan establishment. I love this place and have been quite a few times. I’ve tried the burger, the meatball sub, the salad, and the hot sausage poboy.

My favorite is by far the hot sausage poboy. You can get it dressed with cheese or not. Pretty good size. Each poboy is 2 meals for me. Hot sausage has a hint of heat. Dressed with vegan mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles.

I liked the meatball sub the least. From what I remember it just was pretty standard, nothing to rave about. If I eat here they have much better options.

The burger is also pretty good, but I think the patty is a bit thick.

The salad is HUGE! There’s an entire avocado in it! Dressing is like a creamy honey mustard dressing and there’s plenty of it. I ate it through the course of 3 meals.

Overall great place and amazing vegan hot sausage poboy. Only downside is they can take a while so call in your order to avoid long wait times.

The young girl taking orders didn't even speak when we entered and she didn't say anything when we walked up to the counter .She was just looking at us .I said hello, then she replied hello.

The food was not impressive at all .I got the hot sausage poboy. The bread was soft and that's the only good thing .She didn't sell us anything like drinks desert anything .She needs not to be the face of this business .

I tried the hot sausage poboy 6" went back 12" Togo. nice place music playing softly.

The owner is an absolute sweetheart! I would love to see her take her food to vegan festivals across the United States. And her vegan hot sausage poboy is OOOOMAZING!!! Growing up in New Orleans, this sandwich is a staple for carnivores. I have traveled the U.S. trying vegan food and Plant Bass's vegan hot sausage poboy is the best I have ever tasted...EVER!!!
