This place is the sole reason I don't even get fast food anymore. It would have taken me less time to stop at the store get the same items. Go home cool them and still drive back, sit in line and my order still wouldn't be ready.
The service here is horrendous. The staff is always bickering with each other. They are disorderly. Nothing is ever together.
If you order online expect your order to not be ready and be told they dont do online orders.

Worst employee ever line aways backed out to the street then when you get to the window they always tell you to stay behind the post before pulling forward to pay for another 10 minutes on top of the 30 minute wait it’s crazy they still open need a new owner or hire all new people
This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We came here for lunch, and the drive-thru was a complete nightmare. The lady at the window kept telling customers to either pull up or stay behind the line until their food was ready, creating unnecessary chaos. To make matters worse, she kept stepping outside to smoke cigarettes and chat on her phone while ignoring the growing line of cars.
There were about 6-7 cars backed up, and she was handing out the wrong food orders to multiple people. We waited 20 minutes before my spouse had to go inside to get our order because it was taking so ridiculously long. Even then, they still forgot several items and didn’t give us utensils to eat with, so he had to go back in to get it.
This location is a complete mess. The service is beyond terrible, and it’s no surprise this Popeyes hasn’t been upgraded—it’s being run like a circus. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes before my order was taken. Then was aggressively flagged down to stop before getting to the window.. ( to not run up their time) THEN Sat for an additional 30 minutes waiting, before we drove off. TERRIBLE!!! Will never return.

I have been here for 35 minutes and even though I paid for the meals of those who came after me, they gave them priority. This place is completely full of staff incompetence. Please have an authorized person deal with this place.

If you look at these reviews and the DoorDash reviews you will hardly find any positive ones. I’ve ordered delivery from this location on DoorDash, Grubhub, Unereats and Postmates. My order will ALWAYS be missing major items (most of which I have to pay for because they don’t like giving refunds, Uber and postmates are especially now telling customers that we’re not eligible for a refund no matter what the situation is), even tho I have proof. So I made a pickup order two days ago around 6 p.m. the drive thru line was beyond slow. When I got to the intercom it took 7 minutes to be acknowledged. Then the lady came and said please give her a moment. 12 minutes later I was finally able to place my order. Ordered an extra breast because she said I couldn’t get it with the deal I was buying three of. Before I get to the window she leans out the window and asks me to wait. I’ve worked fast food before so I’m assuming so I won’t be sitting on their timer. 22 (yes, TWENTY TWO MINUTES) later she finally waves for me to drive up. No apologies for the wait. Several of my sides missing so I’m glad I checked before pulling off. Oh, and literally breasts in EVERY BOX I ORDERED THAT SHE SAID I COULD NOT GET IT WITH SO I PAID FIVE BUCKS FOR ONE. Management and corporate can’t possibly care to see what’s going on at this location because the service has been bad for a very long time. I’d hate to see people out of jobs but maybe they need someone to take over who actually cares. I don’t have free money to just give to Popeyes. And they’re never small mistakes! It’s always MAJOR things like either someone else’s ENTIRE order, or a bunch of my chicken, sides , biscuits, sauces etc MISSING. Drinks MISSING. It’s pathetic!

The chicken was terrible. Very bland and it tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a while - and this was in the middle of the day. The saving grace was the service. The women behind the counter were super friendly, but due to the terrible food, I will avoid this location like the plague.
