Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Take out from inside is HORRIBLE. I got in there today at 3:47, and it took until 4:08 to get my order taken. I got my order at 4:25. They aren’t understaffed, but their service strategy is dumb. They’ve got 4 people working on completing the orders for drive thru, and 1 person taking carry out orders. The girl who is doing carry out orders takes like 5 orders then keeps getting distracted, so the line inside gets backed up. Worst thing about it? I was waiting on like two things that could have been ready and boxed up in under a minute, and NO it wasn’t that my food was still getting cooked. I had to remind her 5 times that I ordered sweet tea, not a fountain drink. Don’t go inside for service unless you’ve got the patience of a monk.

I wanted to eat, but the person on the speaker was rudely in a hurry, obviously rushing us i didn't hv time to try and order,just hv to wait at the pole? And not proceed to the window for at least 5 min. But my passenger enjoyed their food, but they were out of the dipping sauce that comes with their meal, and ketchup?

The worst experience ever! Thought it would be cool to finally eat Popeye’s in Louisiana, but this place got me to drive away with no food. Horrible service and out of lots of stuff on the menu. Don’t waste your time.

This place is awful lobby are dirty and not suitable to eat in ms Dee the manager is rude and I waited 30 minutes for my order she rolled her eye and treated me with bad horrible hospitality and she talk to her staff poorly this place needs to be investigated I will go to corporate to make sure something is done in a timely manner my advice do go find another Popeyes food was okay but the customer service was badddddd so bad I’m doing that review 👎👎👎👎👎👎💩💩💩🤮🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢
