Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

To say this was probably the worst fast food experience I have ever had is an understatement, not only were they out of everything, they got my order wrong, and then proceeded to get it wrong again. The attitude of the workers was horrible, I promise your job is not hard enough to act the way they do, also easily waited an hour from ordering to getting my incorrect order.

Food was great

Waited 1hr for our food after we had already paid them 55.00 when we got the food it was cold smmh I was here on vacation which was awesome by the way but this Popeyes it was horrible I ordered and paid for my food at 10:11pm didn't get food till 11:09 pm I agreed to wait 15 min because I was tired and the kiddos were hungry after running around the city so I stopped by to grad food before we went to the room (review on them coming soon with video included) then the lady acted I was the issue when I asked her for the order or my money back

They quite often have missing items or wrong items

10:00 in the morning restaurant is dirty, bathrooms are dirty. I placed a mobile order for drive thru, they stated drive thru is broken at the moment. I was told to come inside, nothing is ready when they are supposed to open at 10:00. The cashier didn’t take my name for order until 10:09. It’s almost 10:30 and my order still isn’t ready yet. Workers are doing everything, but they jobs. Management is even sadder. Just getting my order after 40 minutes. Ridiculous! Customer service is horrible!

The food is GREAT but for whatever reasons over the past few years the wait time has become horrible. Waiting in line for 45 minutes (literally) is not my thing.

The cashier Rhian was very good working the register and the front Connor she was very polite for the city was breaking by herself and fun kind of and registered and packing the food hats off to her

Amazing service amazing employees didn't take me long to get my order at all I see between a good three to five minutes I have 14 pieces of chicken two large sides which was two large red beans seven biscuits holding the chicken was definitely spicy and dark just how I like it overall I will visit Popeyes as often as I can I wish on the work there I've tried so many times but no matter which Popeye's I apply at down here in New Orleans I just can't seem to get hired but I love the service the food and employees I personally think the owners of Popeyes should give the employees on 4480 chef menteur highway I think they should give all the employees a raise they work very hard and very fast and very respectable even though they have long lines they still deliver your food on time That's my experience Popeyes thank you again
