Stopped in here to listen to some live music, which was pretty good. On the drinks front, there was no wine, which was unusual for a bar on Bourbon Street. I ordered a Stella, which came in a plastic cup that had a nasty, sharp rim, while my partner ordered a vodka and tonic that tasted more of tonic, than anything else. Not bad for live music, but the plastic cups and the weak spirits rather let it down.
The Bar Prohibition in New Orleans is a hidden gem that perfectly embodies the spirit of a speakeasy, blending prohibition-era charm with modern, innovative cocktails. Tucked away from the bustling streets, the ambiance immediately transports you back to the 1920s, with dim lighting, vintage décor, and an intimate atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve discovered a well-kept secret.

While visiting New Orleans, we were walking down Bourbon St and heard the band plaing. They sounded good!! We walked in and stayed for the remainder of the night! They did a mixture of all genres of music. She had an awesome voice! He is an awesome keyboard player! He played the hell out of the guitar! And of course, the drummer did an awesome job as well!
