THE NOLA GOAT! Had the Curry Goat, Jerk Chicken, Rice & Peas, Caribbean Style Spinach, Cabbage, Hibiscus Iced Tea, and DOUBLES! CJ is brilliant and helped navigate the menu. Chef Lisa works her magic in the kitchen and keeps this authentic, casual spot absolutely immaculate. They’re fabulous people who deserve every bit of success coming their way.
Was home alone and was craving that Jamaican aroma/taste….so I was closest to this one, reviews looked good, so i patronized them. And my oh my…….it was well worth it. VERY pleasant atmosphere, welcoming environment, fresh, hot savory food that you can tell was made with ONE LOVE. I wanted just plantains but when I stepped into the restaurant all of a sudden my stomach was like….. don’t just give me no plantains! And wanted everything, so I went with the curry and jerk...
My wife is from Trinidad so I know good Trini food. The food and service here was excellent, we had oxtails, curry chicken, doubles, bbq jerk chicken and all was great!! Will def return and highly recommended.
