We ordered a child size soft drink. The counter person started filling a larger size and I corrected him. He gave us the two child size and after I left I noticed he charged for the larger size. Rip off

I went here a couple times during a week's visit. First off, I generally love Cane's. Mostly is was outstanding as always, one time the food was just a little bit undercooked. I'd still go again. Outstanding chicken fingers, French fries, Cole slaw, Texas toast, Cane's sauce. Do it!

Finally came to check out the hype. After dining here, not sure what the hype is. Ordered the 3 piece combo. Comes with 3 chicken strips, crinkle cut fries, a piece of Texas toast, and a fountain drink. The fries were not seasoned and bland. They were hot and fresh at least. The chicken was as juicy but nothing special. The sauce I'm pretty sure is just mayo, ketchup, and black pepper. Service was very slow at this location. Would not come back or recommend.

I had fries with their signature sauce. They were really good and the sauce was delicious!

Canes is entirely to high to be so nasty, either the chicken is cooked way to soft to where the skin is falling completely off, are the chicken is rubbery because it was cooked while it was somewhat still frozen.

Chicken was great and hot fries were ok but paying $1.00 for sauce is ridiculous OVER PRICED considering it’s chicken
Finally got to try Raising Cane's. There is one branch in the Bay Area which is far from us and way out of our way so we've never visited. Finally got to try it during our stay in NOLA. and disappointed to report that it's not that great. We'll all just keep visiting Popeyes for chicken...

Great location to people watch and take a break at the mall. Melvin is super polite and the food came out fast and perfect. Seating is the best as you can sit inside or on the balcony and watch the ships go by.
It was my first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. The tenders were so hot and juicy fried perfectly. The fries were hot and lightly seasoned, which was perfect for me. The raising canes sauce was definitely worth trying. It was the only other option besides honey mustard. Friendly and fast service.
