I loved the friendly manger Zshakira she always greet you with a smile. Other Rally stores I have been to have nasty staff, but this Rally’s on Claiborne is great.

Not very many places were open on this wintery storm night but Rally’s came in clutch. Had to Uber Eats it because I’m a visitor with no car. My wife got the cheese burger with fries. It looked good, she had no complaints. I got the 3 pc tenders with fries. It came with an unexpected extra tender or two. My food was really good. We shared a vanilla shake. I’ve never had Rally’s but now I’m a fan.

I specifically ordered a strawberry cheesecake sundae add caramel and was given a total of $6 and something. I was wondering why it was so expensive, because the sign read $3 and something. However, when I got to the window, the cashier had two Sundaes in her hand. I had only ordered one. She seemed to have had an attitude when she told me the price and I corrected her mistake. I was on my cell phone at the time and the individual heard me ask for a strawberry cheesecake sundae add caramel. It was only me in the car and I only wanted one sundae.
After sending my old poor uncle walking to the store to pick up my mobile app order armed with the order number . He walked all the way back home very upset and defeated . The worker at the window was very rude saying " Idk what u r talking about ! Idk nothing bout a mobile order ! " .…... Pretty much verbatim . I then got dressed armed with the app on my phone "that up until now I was using regularly " Was then met with the same lack of charm charisma and people skills needed in public service , I stuck up for my uncle then asked them to find my order , it was right there bagged easy to find , cold and soggy . The manager came over listened to my problem handed me the bag did not say a word then walked away . I opened the bag explained that I only had half the order , the worker asked me to move so she could take the next person's order and let her use her personal hotspot to do so ?then I asked if I could get fresh fries they gave me 1 med fry nothing fresh in my bite box sent me away , I got home they didn't give my other chicken bites . I went back tried to make peace and avoid repercussions by buying 2 pies and a cream drink with ice cream , " they said they were out when I asked for a cone" got my drink waited 18 mins and had to remind them I was waiting then finally got my cold pies and cold bites , I asked for sauce worker said quote " no they don't come with sauce " I'm not one to complain but jeez !¡?!?!

Ordered 4 items and one was supposed to have no chili (specified at the window and they acknowledged) on some cheese fries and even the receipt listed it, however there was chili… also ordered cheese sticks and did not receive them. Attempted to call several times and they would not pick up the phone ?
Ordered big boss brisket meal through drive through got back to jobsite and this B.S. they stuck a patty and squirt bbq sauce on it. And charged me almost 13$ fot $hite shandwich really made me mad. Should just have said they out instead of bait and switch. Ridiculous and unprofessional
