Vibes can be a little odd sometimes late at night but what do you expect. The foods always freshly made and delicious. Rally's is top tier fast food imo. And it's always fast and hot, never had a problem here.

I know I have a Rally's review for a different location, but this location absolutely made me change my mind. It was late at night and I had been waiting for a bit at the window to get my order taken, I mentioned to another customer that it was taking a while to get served. Immediately the manager came around the side of the building, asked if we were waiting to be waited on and immediately took our order. Within 5 minutes myself and the other customer had our orders and were already leaving. My order was perfect, fresh and hot, and the manager that night was wonderful and I'm sorry to say I did not catch her name. This location is the best Rally's that I have ever been to. Definitely recommend.

Dirty restaurant gave us old cold fries you would think we get the right things and the right items we weren't looking for anything for free we had and keep our own money and the atmosphere of the attitude the cold food on my double fish sandwich it was one old Patty and a fresh Patty together that was unacceptable the burger was very salty I had skinny old cold short French fries I won't be returning they need to fire the managers and hire new fresh people

This has got to be the sorriest, nastiest and slowest drive through I’ve ever been through. I ordered online before going through the drive thru and I still waited 40 minutes for my food There was only one car in front of me. I was the second car in line on the left side and I watched four other cars pull up and go before they even acknowledged my side. When they finally came to my window, they handed me my food with four combos stuffed into one bag. My kids were literally crying hungry but I had already paid so I pretty much had to wait for the order. I wish I would have known it was this bad, I would have went somewhere else. I promise I will never return to this location or maybe even any of their locations for this matter. My first and last time trying here. I wish I could give negative stars on all aspects.
