I got a burger and the brisket fries but the brisket fries had like half a table spoon of brisket and the burger was cold. They didn’t have sundae which was fine and the cashier was nice

The food was terrible. The bread was hard and the meat and cheese was cold. Never going back. The fries were hot though and was the only thing I enjoyed. Ive always loved rally’s since a kid and this was very disappointing.

This was the worst online order I have ever received. Never order from this place especially if it’s late at night, according to others’ experiences as well, the workers do not care about quality of service and attention to detail. The burgers were sloppy, and they didn’t add the ingredients I asked for. They got my drink order wrong and their chicken bites were disgusting. Not to mention the chicken bites were supposed to come with 8 pieces and we got 4 that looked expired and not edible. I ordered condiments as well and did not receive those either. My DoorDash driver waited for almost an hour to receive my order. I spent $33 on this order. It was a complete waste. Literally trash.

Around about 1 am, some friends and I try to go to this rallys, ahead of us was a group walking away fromThe window as they had been turned away, and an employee shouted "online orders only" while we were still on the sidewalk. So I order online, and wait, then the employee comes back out and says "Uber and doordash only". I ask if my order can be made because the transaction had already gone through. She said "you're going to have to get a refund" and closed the window on me. No offer to help with the refund, No apology, and no food. I wouldn't have been upset if I can been told delivery only when I waked up. But it was not made clear that that was the situation.
