I donāt recall ever having to write a review on a restaurant. I feel the need to share. The customer service was terrible. The lady at the window had a very ugly attitude. When you work in customer service you should be friendly and polite at the very least. We also asked for condiments. She rudely told us ketchup isnāt available. When asked why isnāt ketchup available she rudely repliesā we are outā. How can an entire restaurant be out of ketchup. When asked about a coupon policy, she seemed extremely irritated and nasty. I will never visit this location again.

Currently sitting in the drive thru after not getting all of our food for the second visit in a row. The staff is more interested in arguing with us than giving us the food we paid for that we could see sitting inside on the counter. The lady wouldn't even listen to what we had been correctly given and insisted we had been given us all our food. Finally got our food but holy shit apparently that's the most difficult thing we could have asked them to do.

Fries are THE BEST! Spicy chicken sandwich is also good. First time through the drive through we waited about 10 minutes and it looked like they were having issues with the intercom, so we drove up to the window only to have the employee tell us to go back through. Waste of time cuz right after, they took the cars order that was behind us. Didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

Went to pick up an uber order and the guy mixed up the order, gave mine to the wrong driver and tried to give me someone else's. Didn't want to admit his mistake or remake the order.
It literally took 1h30m to pick up an order that was ordered ahead of time. When I got there, I was yelled at after literally rolling up to the window and saying nothing. I was then ignored will people behind me were getting served. All around horrible experience. Would not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.

Used my credit card that i havent used in a month to pay for my food here and all of a sudden on the same day i have a fraud charge for shein on my card. Happened to me before at a mcdonalds too. Thieving.

Their food is always cold. Unless, you are their friend of a certain skin color. Then, you do not have to pay for it. I thinks people should order and drive off to increase waste so the public can have a better, multicultural, crew.
