Worst Rally's/Checkers Ive ever been to. The automated drive through program is NOT user friendly and easily gets orders wrong. I just paid $31 for two old fry oil overcooked chicken tender orders, minus one tender. Guess it got lost on the way to the window. Ordered larges and got a large container but with approximately 10 fries in it. Very disappointing

This is by far the worst Rally’s I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order through DoorDash and never got my food. Every time the dasher went to pick it up, they claimed it was already handed out – which is a lie because I never received anything. When I tried to call the store, nobody answered. It honestly feels like they stole my money. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and the worst customer service ever. Avoid this location at all costs.
