Visited this Rallys on Sunday night. The lady at the register was very nice. Got our food quickly and our food was really good.

Rally's is more of a drive through burger chain. None of their locations offer in house seating. You either drive through or you walk up to their service windows, located in the front of the store. They do have a few concrete picnic tables outside to sit and eat. The food is usually pretty good. The service is usually pretty good. It is not too expensive.

If i could give a negative I would!! Health dept need to come see yall workers sitting outside braiding hair. Braider sitting on bench taking orders. Girl getting hair braided running inside to fix the food. Half braided half not. Called number for manager and it's busy on purpose because they are outside! Reach out if for some reason you can't find it on the camera. I got pics! Nasty! Just nasty!! 11/25/25 bout 445pm

Came through the drive-through on the nov 11th at 8:34 PM. I don’t know who is working that night because my receipt does not have a name but the young lady that worked. Exceptional job! She forgot to add my cheese to my chili dog and my fish sandwich and my ranch to my receipt. We were OK with not getting it because we had already paid, but she went ahead and gave it to us anyway without telling us that was a nice surprise and wonderful customer service.. We were not looking for anything for free because She accidentally made that mistake. She fixed it without saying a word. She was nice from the beginning to the end. The food came out fast and she deserves a Compliment! I hope she has recognized and you find out who this was that Work the window that night and tell her I said good job! Thank you so much!

Shout out to Vanity and Tyreail! I have never had such a pleasant, entertaining, and genuine service from any fast food restaurant. Rally’s has two gems working their late night at this location. Well done!!

Last 5 times I've been here, it's been TERRIBLE. Everything is cold, slapped together without a care in the world, and old. Service is fast. Figured out why. Save your $ from this place. Used to be pretty good. Sad to see. Really liked their fries and burgers. Never again.
Time to close it down and let another business take over and make some $ for GOOD food.
