Started off getting seated right away. Was subjected to listening to 80's pop music from artists like Inxs and the Thompson Twins. I would think for a fine dining establishment in New Orleans they would be playing jazz or Frank Sinatra.
Sandi was a friendly waitress.
Food was NOT good. Chose the prix fix menu. Salad was sub-par. Blackened tuna lacked flavor. Boring dish. Crab Open-Faced Omelet....absolutely zero crab either on top or inside the Omelet. Strawberry Shortcake... biscuit was burned and dry. Chocolate cake needed something to break up all the chocolate like a raspberry coulis. It's good I'm not a food critic.
We ate at Brennans last night and the food was amazing. Not sure why this place wasn't even close to the food flavor or quality as their sister restaurant.
Don't eat here.
The food is phenomenal. But aside from that, the staff is absolutely wonderful. We came in to escape the thunderstorm during the July 3rd fireworks show. The place was packed and the staff was redlining it. Despite all that, they still managed to seat us at the bar without a reservation. I later learned that they did this five minutes before closing. They were so kind and they would have been well justified to turn us away. Amazing people and a great establishment!
Sadly, no valet parking. NOT disability friendly. Several dishes were over-salted---inedible. The omelet was not folded, but a lump that had been in the warmer too long. Nice server, but she didn't know where silverware goes. Too loud.
I was there for an even hosted in the bar. The bar was packed and at one point o ly one bartender was serving. If you go before the end of June order the dri k of the mo th as 20% of the proceeds go to charity..a wonderful foundation call Heart in Hands.
Nice place with a balcony, and a view of City Park !
Not what it once was. Steak overcooked. One egg per order of eggs benedict? That's not going to fill your stomach. Removing a plate before everyone is finished eating? At a Brennan's restaurant? Food not as hot as it should have been.
Delicious restaurant week lunch but very small portions.
Tasted just like grandma’s cooking — nostalgic and delicious.
Great service,great food
If you’re searching for the perfect venue to host a wedding and reception, Ralph’s on the Park exceeded our expectations of both the food and service.
We rented the second floor for our wedding with 75 guests and a five piece band. Julie helped us pick out a menu that offered something for everyone and we had open bars at both ends of the balcony.
The food was incredible. Everything from the passed apps to the carving stations to the dessert table was amazing. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was.
The service was impressive. The wait staff and bartenders went above and beyond, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed, attended to, and immersed in our special day.
Thanks to Ralph’s on the Park, our wedding and reception were more than just a celebration—they were an experience we and our guests will cherish forever.

Hidden gem in mid-city. Been to Ralph's several times for Brunch, lunch and dinner. Can't beat the views of City Park and friendly atmosphere. Food is great as are the drinks. Wait staff are well trained and very friendly. You can't go wrong with any of the food here, but your server is always happy to make a recommendation.

First time dining at Ralph's and it did not disappoint. The customer service was great. The menu was not huge but still presented plenty of options. Last night's sweet potato soup was delicious. We also had the shrimp and Tasso and crab bruschetta apps and they were also delicious. For entrees we had the tuna and the shrimp fettuccini special. Again, delicious. And for dessert what else but the bread pudding, insanely delicious. Highly recommend!
We had the deal ...3 apps and a glass of wine for $38. It was fantastic. Great service and a great value. Highlights were the Shrimp Skelly appetizer along with the wedge salad and the shrimp in puff pastry, but it was all good. Sadly, the special ends this week, but we will be back. The food is delicious.
