Located in New Orleans. I had the worst meal I ever had in a restaurant. We stopped there after church to check it out under the latest ownership (ownership has changed frequently). Ordered “A Taste of NOLA.” The only decent part of the meal was the salad. The jambalaya and gumbo were so salty I could not eat either...and left most on the plates. Red Beans & Rice was also over salted, but not as bad. No wonder there was hardly anybody in the restaurant for a Saturday night. The doors of this business will not stay open very long. Waitress was nice but offered no remedy....just a comment that there was a fill-in cook working in the kitchen this evening. My spouse's po-boy sandwich was less than mediocre. We will never return. I ordered an 8 ounce ribeye and I got a pork chop. I did order this through GrubHub but I don't think the driver gave me the wrong order. They called me earlier to say that they were out of baked potatoes and if I still wanted my order, which I said yes. But when I called them back to complain about getting a pork chop, there was no answer. And of course, I still got charged for the 8 ounce ribeye. If anyone thinks that the picture I post is 8 ounce ribeye and not a pork chop, then that's the worst ribeye in THE WORLD !!!

This is probably my favorite urban restaurant thus far! Stopped in for a special white linen night event and was pleasantly surprised by the rustic and artistic charm of this restaurant. My husband and I had six deliciously strong drinks while listening to live music and eating a sophisticated menu of culinary delight. My favorite was the creole gumbo ,dirty rice and what I stole of my husbands mouth watering steak! Located conveniently in the cultural warehouse district ; it's a great place to stop in and have a drink. See you there!

Please run far away from this place. We made the mistake of coming here after looking at photos and reviews of what this place used to be. We came here at high noon and from the outside it looked like the place was closed. Walked inside and there was nobody there. We were greeted by a bartender and waitress and showed to our table. The restaurant lights were all dimmed and the AC was not on at all - It was 90F mind you. We should have turned around and left but for whatever reason we decided to try it anyway. We asked the waitress if she could turn on the AC and she said she could bring over a fan... well that's not a good sign. The waitress was super nice, she came around and took our orders - she actually memorized all of them in her head. Not too long after, food started coming out of the kitchen. Most of the guys ordered chicken and waffles and well.. it was some heated up frozen chicken tenders on top of some frozen waffles. Sigh. They also charged us for ranch dressing which nobody asked for but she was willing to take it off. I had originally ordered a chicken Caesar wrap but I guess it got lost in the kitchen. The waitress went back right away to try to get it corrected and she came out a few minutes later apologizing to me that the chef had dropped my chicken on the floor. Well, I appreciated her honesty but I had already lost my appetite after watching my friends eat reheated frozen food. It's really unfortunate that this place had new owners take over that clearly don't know what they're doing. I really hope they will seek some help or they aren't going to be around much longer. They need some serious help. The pictures and food that actually look appetizing are from what the restaurant used to be and not what it is now. It's definitely taken a turn for the worst. I'm really sad because the building and atmosphere are beautiful but now it's just a dark and dingy dump. Someone needs to call Gordon Ramsay. Just so we are clear - all of the fancy menu items you see in the pictures are gone - since new ownership/management they've moved on to heating up frozen food and calling it a restaurant.

Empty sticky table, one staff member. Can't make two of the menu drinks because they are out of liquor ingredients. No more Asian food options. Came here for the Asian items not available.

Stopped by this place on the way to the World War II museum. Ordered the club sandwich and gumbo. Best tasting sandwich and soup I’ve had in a very long time. Service was friendly and quick.
