Went to Red apple tonight for the first time in a long time. I was the only customer in there. I decided to purchase my husband a meal. I was thinking Lo mein. The young lady didn’t great me for starters, she just begin to rush me to order. The Lo mein came with chicken, egg roll and shrimp fried rice. I told her, hold up let me look at the menu I didn’t want to buy my husband 2 starches.

I begin to ask her questions about the menu. She rolled her eyes and was extremely rude. I told her , she was being very rude. She said I should have looked at the menu than told her my order. First off I didn’t tell you I was ready to order and I should be allowed to asks you questions about the menu. I wasn’t rude loud or disrespectful. This is how they treat a majority black customer base. I politely left. Please don’t let these people treat you bad and you continue to give them your money. They really hate us. Stop giving them your dollars. They should be happy when we choose to spend money with. They don’t spend money with us at all!!

The lady that takes the order had a horrible attitude. Once I received the food it was not what I order, so I was not happy with the services at this location and will not ever visit it again. I will continue to support the Metairie and Kenner location.

Always treated well and the food is pretty good. Basic dining space but most people don't eat inside. It's clean and appropriately decorated.

Drove through Louisiana and randomly picked this place to eat. Always wary about Chinese cuisine, but everything we ordered was amazing. I have been to some good Chinese restaurants but this place was exceptional and is one of my top picks now! Will definitely get again when we drive back through! Thanks so much!!
