I place a call for a takeout order for 2 Chicken Caesar Salads and a Mini Kids Pizza. I am told it will take 30 minutes (pretty normal so no problem). I'm happy to wait that timeframe and I go ahead and head over there 25 minutes later.
I get there, and there is no distinct line to pay, I stand behind the only person at the register area. A person then proceeds to walk in and walk straight up to the counter and the server then skips over me and helps him. Already not off...read full review
Wonderful experience each time we visit!
My 4 year old loves this restaurant because he can make his own pizza, draw on the chalk board wall, and is free to move around and make friends with other kids who are also dining in. I love this restaurant for the exceptional service, variety & quality of dishes (not just pizza!), offerings that accommodate dietary restrictions, the kid friendly atmosphere, and the opportunity to enjoy a meal and a glass of wine while my child is entertained....read full review
