I recently celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday party at this restaurant. I was very pleased with how everything turned out. The management and staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to decorate and bring in my daughter birthday cake from outside. We ordered four large cheese pizza and one cauliflower pizza and the Rotellini pasta dish. The pizza was really good and according to my daughter her Rotellini was a 10. I would dine here again and recommend this pizzeria to my friends.

Walked in Saturday evening at 6pm. There was not a person in the place. I was told they would not be able to make our one pizza until 7:30 because the oven was at max capacity. I took the time to drive to their restaurant and that was the service I received. They could have simply pushed a call in order back a few minutes in order to serve a customer. I was taken back by the lack of service. Never again

I ordered a pizza online and was informed that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get to the restaurant to pick up the pizza and the hostess informed me that it would be a minute as they were busy. I waited 10 minutes and asked again if the pizza was ready and was informed it was not. Another 20 minutes goes by and was informed by the hostess that they did not receive my order. They were provided with my online receipt and moments later they find my order. I told them that I wanted a refund as i ordered this pizza one hour ago and had been at the restaurant for 40 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes for the manager to come out and provide me with my refund receipt. The manager offered no empathy toward my situation as it was already 8pm and ended up having to go elsewhere for dinner. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
