Reginelli's manager called me the next day and made amends for the burnt pizza. It was explained to me that they don't do business like that an that the pizza should not have left the store. Reginelli's manager awarded some reward points for their error. I will order from this restaurant again in the near future. Thank you Reginelli's for making things right.
Ordered from reginelli's pizza on magazine street. I work private security in the area and cannot leave my post. I made my order at 11:31 am ticket #9. The delivery was quick as reginelli's is located about 3-4 blocks. I'm also a diabetic and have to eat on a schedule. Well anyway I open the pizza box and most of the pizza is burnt/crispy. The pepperoni was hard and crispy like most of the pizza. I would have sent it back but I was hungry and had to eat something so I ate most.of the salvageable pizza.

Went for lunch, ordered the eggplant appetizer and the pizza with meatballs and ricotta cheese. The eggplant seemed only half cooked, but the part that was cooked tasted very good. The pizza was good as was the cheesecake dessert.

As a driver picking up this establishment, they take ENTIRELY too long to complete an order with an empty dining room. They seemed to be more worried about cleaning to get out of here early than getting the food out in a timely manner. Ive worked in many restaurants so it was easy to identify what was going on. Maybe the kitchen staff need to be paid better, because you get what you pay for.

The place was nice, cozy. Ordered a cheese pizza and a Detroit style pizza with the pesto on it. The cheese pizza was delicious, on the other hand the pesto Detroit pizza was gross. It has way too much going on with it. By the way for two pizzas the price was over $50 I believe that they are over priced. The cheese pizza was awesome but the other one, I wouldn’t recommend
