The burger and fries was amazing! I had been craving just a quality restaurant, not smash style or bar burger, at a reasonable price and it was everything I was hoping for and more. The burger was juicy, the bun was fresh and not dry, the fries were perfect. I ordered to go, so I imagine everything is even better fresh at the restaurant. They were super friendly and nice when I picked up and everything was packed up really nice, not just thrown together in the box. Came with a side of ketchup and really delicious lemon aioli that was so good on the fries. Definitely plan to come back and eat in. Thank you!

Went to try the “best” burger and the chef was MIA at Rouse’s. Bartender and drinks - Awesome. Had to close out and leave as no chef or food (waited over 30min).

I recently tried the no.1 burger in the city and while I had high hopes, the meal unfortunately fell short due to temperature issues. My burger arrived warm, not hot, which significantly impacted the overall flavor and enjoyment. Even more disappointing were the fries, which tasted reheated and were lukewarm at best. They lacked the crispness you expect from freshly cooked fries. I understand that the restaurant was busy, and it seemed like many people ordered around the same time. We did have a considerable wait time of about an hour for our burgers, which is understandable given the circumstances. I appreciate our server's friendly and attentive service throughout the wait; they did their best to keep us updated and were very pleasant. However, the temperature of the food is a crucial aspect of any dining experience. While I appreciate the server's efforts and understand the potential for delays during peak times, serving warm burgers and reheated fries is a significant drawback. I hope [Burger Joint Name] can address these temperature control issues to ensure a better dining experience for future customers.

My wife and I took their mixology class. My wife was a little apprehensive going in given it was 3 hours. However after it was over neither of us was ready for it to be over and wanted to know when his next one would be.
It was amazing how much hands on learning he was able to fit within one afternoon. We both felt like we were learning from a master. Look up the owners background. He is certainly a master of mixology.
Most of the people who were there were locals; however, we were from out of town and didn’t feel out of place at all. We will be returning regardless of the class. Only regret is we didn’t get a group picture. Did get one of my wife while she was having a great time.

The best drinks in a city know for great drinks! The best burger in the city. Then last week I got the steak!!! The meat is procured from NJ dried aged and is melt in your mouth delicious! Funny things though if I had to list my main reason for always heading back it is neither the food nor the drinks. Its the conversation and the people. Laura is incredible as is everyone else there. Its always so nice to find a place that feels like home. This particular "home" pays attention to each and EVERY detail. Right down to the homemade aioli for my fries! Thank you guys for everything fabulous thing you do
