The owner Chris is a genuine bartending guru and has trained some of the best bartenders around the country. Revel is worth it for the drinks alone but the food is excellent. Small menu but everything is done just right. Great deviled eggs, burger, salad. This is secret diamond in the rough.

My brother and I attended Chris' Cocktail Class last Friday. Both of us are big fans, and to have 3 hours of time with a man we consider to be one of the greatest living bartenders in the U.S. (if not the world), it was a privilege, educational, and a great time. Chris' breadth of knowledge is exceptional, and he and his wife Laura are fantastic people. I highly recommend taking one of his classes, and if you haven't been to Revel, you're missing out. I will be back -- for drinks, food and classes!

Revel is one of our favorites, and it should be yours, too. They are grinding prime brisket and choice chuck for their burger patties. Incredible flavor. Their frites are made in the Belgian tradition, with fresh potatoes, peeled and fried in Wagyu beef tallow and served with homemade aioli. OMG, so good! And Chris is one of the top mixologists (if not the top) in the City, which puts him at world class. Ask him to make you something special, describe what you have a flavor hankering for, and be amazed. Or get what you think is the traditional "standard" of any drink, and taste the difference (and why if you are curious). They run this as a couple and anyone and everyone is welcome. Highly recommend. (parking can be difficult, but go around the block behind the bank and you can usually find a few spots)

Enjoy the four-part cocktail menu printed on beautiful cloth paper. Not pretentious, just a signal of their attention to detail and sensory experience. Chris has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the art & industry of spirits and cocktails. Fascinating to learn from.

My sister suggested this place for breakfast. We both enjoyed our meals. The staff was friendly and attentive. We went on a week day, the place had plenty of seating options, so there wasn’t a wait to be seated. I assume a place like this might be a little bit more busy during the weekend. Great menu options, plenty of parking. Very reasonably priced with appropriate serving sizes. I’d definitely go again.

Best Pimm's Cup I've EVER had, with plenty of fresh cucumber and berries in the glass - refreshing, wonderful, and reasonably priced!Vibe is casual and laid back, but bartenders were attentive and speedy.
