Another awesome trip to Rivershack! The walls always have my eyes in a gaze checking out the decor. Service is top notch with even better food. I noticed they have live music on Friday and Saturday nights! Well make sure to return and check it out on a lively weekend.

Went there last night standing room only nowhere to sit and no dance floor they had a band in the bartenders cannot handle the capacity could not be served tried to get a drink could not be served bartenders can't handle a full house

Don't go in this place around Mardi Gras, (Monday) for me, expecting the same quality food! I have been a Monday regular here for at least a year. I should have been clued in when a "Mardi Gras menu" was placed in front of me with plastic cutlery. The red beans weren't their usual good red beans. Instead I was served thick, salty canned-tasting beans. Yuck! The server said that she recognized me although she wasn't my regular server. I would have appreciated a warning that they had made crowd preparing modifications. Although the server took it off our bill, this stunt has made me not want to return.

I had the Tex-Mex Burger, and fries, my daughter has Country Fried steak , (East Texas version Chicken Fried Steak) her boyfriend got the shrimp PoBoy, very nice, live music, and a great crowd out for a Friday night meal and great memories, just like it’s supposed to be when your taking time to enjoy the great hospitality this place provided ??
