Picked up food here during a conference I was in town for. The only thing about this place that sucks is that it’s in a mall and you have to deal with sales pitches from other stores as you’re walking to get your food.

Ordered during a huge rush so the wait was long. There was only one man making the food, so totally understandable.
Let me tell you though, when I did finally got my “Rockin Bowl” it was worth the wait! Every single thing about this meal was delicious! And it was much bigger than I expected! Would definitely go back!

Too expensive for what it is in my opinion. Nothing exceptional. Some other options at this food court are better for a bit cheaper.

Ordered the Prima Donna roll and the California roll to-go; I have had better sushi from Rouses for half the price. They also did not include the wasabi and ginger as advertised or the extra additions I paid for.

I've been to Rock N Roll's location in Gulfport and it was a good experience, but the one here is subpar at best.

No rolls are vegan as of July 2024. Only option is edamame, but at least it’s marked! Employee told me the ownership changed, so that’s her. The menu changed.

My group ate here for one of our days a Pokemon NAIC and was looking forward to it after not eating all day but we was severely disappointed in out service and food.
For starters we started our order at the self order register and had our order placed on it but it wouldn't read our card no matter how we tried to process it, even tried different cards just to see if there was something wrong with the chip. Nope. Nothing happened, so we got the attention of a employee and they said give them just a minute which was understandable they was making food. So we waited and waited then finally she got done with what she was doing. But here's the kicker. Instead of helping us with our order she went and took the order of the person behind us then took our order. Hmm what? Ok it's whatever. We had our food ordered and that was all that mattered because we was starving.
We finally get our food after waiting atleast 20 minutes if not more. Our food was messed up. We had ordered extra pork belly in our ramen and didn't receive it. Our steamed edname was not the salty one we ordered but was spicey. The bowls our ramen came in was literally soaking up the broth of our ramen making them flimsy and on the verge of falling apart. The ramen had zero flavor. Zero. None. Zip. Nada. For what we paid for it it should of had a ton of flavor. The only thing that had flavor in our ramen was the egg. Instead of using ramen noodles, these were spaghetti noodles.
This wasn't our first time ever eating ramen. We love Japanese foods of all sorts but this one takes the cake for the worst we've ever had.
Other then the ramen being bad, the table and floors inside the store was filthy and in need of a good cleaning.

Somebody wrote this was the best ramen of their life, either this was a bad day, or they need to try more ramen. The broth was clear and tasteless, not what you expect from tonkatsu, and the noodles were over cooked. I also tried the fried shrimp appetizer, the batter was very thick and greasy, and tasted of cooking oil. I ended up throwing it away and ordering another meal from someplace else.

Poke bowl was good but lacking ingredients like more greens. Lettuce is cheap add it it will appear like your getting your moneys worth

I’m a door dasher, i asked for a cup of free water before a delivery from their restaurant and the guy threw me a bottle water on the house. The food, the customers say is awesome. This was just in time because the workers at Auntie Anne’s wouldn’t give me a cup of water. Knowing I was delivering their product. Makes no sense?? This was a double delivery order.
