This is one of my favorite places in the quarter. Deceiving because of the name, it’s actually not affiliated with the Roosevelt Waldorf Astoria though the service and drinks are to that level. This is a terrific “dive” bar. It is NOT a hotel bar. It’s right next to the Waldorf. The service/staff was EXCELLENT. Elizabeth, the bartender, was the perfect mix of knowledgeable, service oriented, style and personality. G, the doorman, was memorable as well. Terrific mix of necessary badass and funny/friendly.

Had a drink at the Sazerac Bar. Inside the Roosevelt Waldorf Astoria. Beautiful hotel and multiple bars. Known as the originator of the Sazerac , did not disappoint and bonus my wife had the coffee Sazerac and it was very good. Little mellow than the original and perfect.
