It was our first time visiting rosellas, it’s in our neighborhood. The food and drinks were amazing and the live music was an added bonus! We will be back, highly recommend for a delicious, artful and charming New Orleans dining experience.

The restaurant staff were friendly, and the food was enjoyable, but there was a significant delay in service. One of our main dishes took over 20 minutes to return after being sent back for reheating, so we just took it to go without my mother being able to eat her dinner. This experience impacted the overall dining experience negatively. The menu is rather limited also, and the decor featured contrasting pink tones and some unappealing abstract paintings. While the mushroom bread was delicious, the chopped Waldorf salad was unexpectedly cubed and a bit heavy on sauce and tastes like it had sat and sauce rather than made fresh with sauce added. The arugula and endive salad tasted the same. The house drink was delicious. An interesting experience, but not one that will be repeated.

Been wanting to try the corndog since this place opened. Finally got a chance and was a bit disappointed. The sausage they used didn’t have much flavor and just was way, way too big. The individual slices were as big as sliders. The sausage was barely warm on the inside and the tiny specks of fat hadn’t rendered properly.
Also, the service staff is desperate for a competent foh management. One server wasn’t friendly. We sat outside and had to go inside and track down a server whenever we needed something. They hardly came to us. A stern, eagle-eyed front house manager would solve this.

When I first arrived, I noticed the restaurant had a retro look to it. The 80’s new wave music complimented the look. The food was absolutely incredible. Perfect dining atmosphere for a first or thousandth date. The prices were very reasonable and the waitstaff were incredibly friendly. Make sure you don’t leave without trying their corn dog.

So disappointing... We live right down the street a block away.
We each ordered the loaded baked potato Gnochi. My girlfriend has allergies, so hers was to be garlic and onion free. When we got our food we were surprised that the portion was TINY. We each ate the entire thing in 5 bites. Plus, it was more soup than entree. The gnocchi were tiny, about the size of an M&M and the sauce was simply garlic soup with barely cooked bacon. My girlfriend's had no bacon, just a few tiny gnocchi and a bland cream sauce. I also ordered a soda.
We went home and cooked an actual meal afterward.
We were alone in the place at dinner time, which is too bad because the restaurant itself is cute. The cost for 2 super small, underwhelming, bowls of (soup) something that easily would fit in a soup cup and 1 soda was over $50 with tip.
We will never go back.

The food was outstanding. The servers were attentive and fast. The location is cute. The portion sizes were a little too on the small side for me hence the 4*. However overall a good place.

This is a great restaurant. All the food is delicious, as are the cocktails. There’s also a great selection of wines. Casual enough for a weeknight when you don’t feel like cooking, but special enough for a special occasion.
