Bad execution of a good idea. Whoever was the building architect missed out on a good idea. This rooftop bar faces the wrong direction and blocks a view of the bridge, river and city. Food is mediocre to bad. Boudin balls are horrible. Beignets are acceptable but they don’t serve coffee!?!

Cool spot! I was disappointed they were out of the draft beer I wanted. The beignets I had here were the best I had while in NOLA.

The roof area was lackluster. The floor was a little rickety and the seating court use some love. The bar area was cool.

My wife and I found ourselves wanting to go earlier but they didn't open until 4pm. On another night we made our way up there, just to find the close at 10pm. Short range of hours.

The restaurant is on the top floor of the Higgins Hotel. Great view facing West for a sunset dinner. Limited selection of food, but very good.

Ok I want this facing the river but the sunset was glorious. The crab balls/beignets were exquisite. The mini beignets were very good. They had a delicious fruit mocktail. Seating was comfy. The war museum turns on colored lights at night. Honestly it was glorious and we're going back tonight for wings, good. Our waiter, Deishan (spelling) was super helpful. Patiently described dishes and was basically adorable.

For a 4 star hotel restaurant the food was only worth 2. I expected a lot better for the price. Restaurant is under renovation right now but the general lack of maintenance is showing

I visited this establishment yesterday, and it was great! It’s located inside the Higgins Hotel. The workers were attentive and kind. The food was decent; it’s nothing I’d pay for again. The view was beautiful. No, you do not have to pay to go here or be a hotel guest; parking is minimal, so be prepared to pay to park & walk. What I found to be a plus is the women’s restroom has hygiene products, which I feel was so convenient & thoughtful of them. Thanks Fatma, you were truly one of the best bartenders ever!

This was a great little spot hidden away on the rooftop of the hotel. I visited on a Sunday night, so it was quiet, but the bar has a nice outdoor patio with lovely views of the city. The staff were attentive and friendly, and drinks great value. The beignets were average, but a nice compliment to the drinks either way.

Beautiful view of the skyline. Loved the staff. Drinks were great in a casual setting. Loved the Delta Summer and Jucifer.

Based on other reviews, it does look like the menu has shrunk greatly. Other than our server not coming by frequently to take our order, filling up our waters, and giving us the check, it was good. Beignets and crab beignets were excellent. I was actually surprised, and had low expectations coming in, but they were really good. I will come again to get the biegnets if I stay at the Higgins again.

That being said, I do think $20 for crab beignets is high though. I think $10 for 5 beignets is reasonable.

Very nice rooftop bar. The staff are friendly. Big fans outside to help with airflow in the summer.
