Don’t know how the food is because I stood at the front waiting for someone to acknowledge me for about 10 minutes. I finally sat at a table to see if the multiple employees I saw would even walk my way. 1 did but walked by me twice without a word. There is like 50 tables and 1 dinner eating… unbelievable!! This was noon on a Sunday just for reference.Won’t pay $13 extra in fees to order online to have my $32 worth of food brought up the elevator to my room either. Oh yeah, the QR code in the room and website says order online to pick up or deliver but there is no option to pick up on the site, only deliver for the fees.

Tried to have breakfast this morning before conference and waitress totally ignored us. Bus boy was nice and brought coffee. After 20 mins of waitress pointedly ignoring us and complaining to others about people being set in her area we left. No one ever took our order. Worse customer service I've ever

The restaurant is within the Sheraton hotel. Next to my Momma, these grits were EVERYTHING. I ate here 3/5 days for breakfast the All American breakfast is $18 and the breakfast buffet is $25 the mimosas are $10/ea but trust me they are worth it. Miss Marlene is the most amazing woman who works there. Her smile just made our day when we went there to eat. If you could get breakfast included in your room rate, you won't regret it. I'm definitely going back next year.

This is where I usually eat breakfast as it’s convenient. Last time I was there they had shrimp and grits with egg for breakfast. I dreamt about it for 4 years but this trip it was no longer in the menu sadly. Lovely local waiters give good service and friendly care.

We went to this Sheraton Roux Bistro for our last day for breakfast and ruined our last day of our trip by our server. She has attitude and was quite impolite. We ordered our meal and while waiting, we asked for water and sugar for the coffee. After a while she brought our food, then we asked about the water and sugar, then she gave us a lecture. Food was mediocre. We had a great time in New Orleans until our last day and left with bitter taste. There are many other good breakfast restaurants in New Orleans and I do not recommend this place.

The Roux Bistro is inside the Sheraton New Orleans on the 2nd floor, open for breakfast and lunch only (until 2:00). I went here for lunch today and was pleasantly surprised that they have fried green tomatoes, which I'd been wanting since I landed in NOLA. Unfortunately while the remoulade and feta they topped them with were delicious, the tomatoes themselves were hard. However, the rock shrimp they topped them with were delicious, so they weren't all bad.I also had a delicious shrimp po boy sandwich and a refreshing iced tea with lemon. Prices are typical slightly overpriced hotel prices, but my service was excellent and the team was happy to take the tomatoes off after they learned that I was disappointed. Look at my picture; they were beautiful and I would try them again.

Breakfast until 11:00 and by that, they mean 10:00. Already out of beignets and never replenished them or anything else when they ran out of it. The woman making omelets decided she was done, announced she had other things to do, snapped at the boy who got in line behind me and then stormed off. Surly, unfriendly staff in the dining room. Do yourself a favor. Go to the lobby, go out the side doors, turn left, walk 20 seconds and go to the Ruby Slipper where the food is amazing and the staff is great.

Breakfast Buffet! Poorly executed! Go down the street to Hilton Riverside for a better buffet.

Poor experience. Waited several minutes for hostess to appear at entrance. Was seated and then stood at omelette station for almost five minutes while waiting on someone to appear. Returned to table with omelette but had no silverware. That appeared a few minutes later while omelette cooled. When done, waited about five minutes for hostess to take my card and bring me a bill. Then watched and waited for another five minutes while she held my card and bill and talked with a co-worker. Very poor service. Omelette was good. Scrambled eggs were awful. Bacon greasy. Sausage ok. Won't return.

The food in the breakfast buffet is cold. Cold sausage, eggs, sausage gravy. All were cold. When paying $26 for the buffet, minimum expectation would be warm food in the hot food bar.

I understand labor is tight these days, but the service here is incredibly slow. The wait staff barely paid attention to me. Coffee was served cold, and it took forever to get any silverware or condiments. The breakfast buffet was okay, but it wasn't worth the wait. I advise staying away from this place.

They had the standard breakfast buffet fare of eggs, bacon and fresh fruit, with some pastries. It was good, and reasonably priced for inside a hotel.

$18.00 for cold food, eggs - not sure they were real. Tasted horrible. Can I please get a plain bagel. Is that too much to ask. No one. Literally no one wants bagels with black seeds all over them. Probably why they sat there forever!!. Back to Ihop I go.

The Bistro has an amazing award winning Chef.I have an eating disorder that requires a liquid diet. I expected no issues in the French quarter. I was very wrong. Post Ida, mid recovery.. oh myChef Young and I met. He took me in, and he crafted me soups that I could eat from his many award winning recipes. Each night was different. Each soup more amazing than the one before it. We talked food, cooking, family. I learned about Creole cuisine. I look forward to merging these lessons into my own cooking. l made a friend. I am positive I now have a reason to return to New Orleans. If you come to the quarter this is the place to get gumbo. Don't be fooled by the other Creole restaurants in the neighborhood. The Roux Bistro makes so many different kinds of gumbo. Try them all. You can't do better elsewhere.
