Two couples dined for lunch to celebrate anniversaries and birthdays. We arrived at noon with a reservation. The restaurant was occupied by ONE table. No bartender was present. They had to “set our table” before we sat down. 15 minutes. Short staffed, as one server for the dining room. Food: all four steaks were overcooked, potatoes au gratin were made from frozen potatoes (cubed-shaped); the best item was the asparagus. Drinks: waited 10 minutes for a bottle of wine, 15 for two cocktails, 25 minutes for a separate glass of wine. Coffee: COLD. After-dinner beverages sat on the bar for 20 minutes; we could see the glasses waiting to be delivered. Never again for lunch here. WE ARE LOCALS!

This was an entertaining lunch to come to as a single diner but not anywhere near the type of experience you would expect from a fine dining restaurant at this price point. It started with little faux pauxs but they really added up throughout the experience. Slow water refills. All the food came out at once. Menu was left on the table after the food came out. Employees were loudly mocking other diners & complaining about corporate mere feet from my table. I ordered a medium steak and it came out with a hard gray exterior and blue interior and no one followed up on the temperature of my steak. The shrimp was inedible. Table never got bussed. Had to wait for my check. I've eaten at Park City, SLC, LA and San Diego Ruth's Chris as well and this was by far my worst Ruth's Chris I've been to.

My family went here for dinner after the Sugar Bowl and had a fabulous time. Giuliano Rios was very accommodating to my sister’s allergies and was a great help when providing recommendations. He was very friendly and overall amazing. I would love to be served by him again!
