Ruth Chris is always a good option for celebrations! This year, I celebrated my birthday here with 11 family members, and it was great. The food was fantastic, as always, and our server, Joe, was awesome! Joe was our server before, and he remembered my family and me...what a great memory. Although it was Joe's birthday too (Nov. 5th), he made my day super special. Happy Birthday, Joe!!! The stuffed chicken breast and lobster were cooked to perfection (as always), and the sweet potato casserole was simply delicious! Everyone at my party enjoyed the ambiance and the food. Everyone enjoyed their meals without complaint.

My last visit before this one was the weekend of Mother's Day, and it wasn't great at all. I returned on this day to celebrate the anniversary of leaving my abuser two years ago, and this visit was perfect. Raynell was my server. He was kind, professional and attentive. He humored me by being my photographer, capturing a beautiful moment that many people have commented on. I switched it up and ordered sea bass instead of steak, and I am so glad I did. It was served sizzling hot and was mild, flaky and paired well with the spinach. The other server and server assistants were also kind. The host left much to be desired, but everyone else made up for that poor start.

Our server was nice. She was attentive. However she “checked on” us every two minutes to the point we were unable to enjoy our own conversation. She literally asked us three different times, at three separate visits to the table, is our steaks were cooked to the correct temp. Overbearing to say the least. The food was delicious as usual. Again she was very nice, just did not allow us to enjoy a private dining experience at all.

I had a phenomenal experience. Every aspect of my experience was perfect. The service from every employee was wonderful. We were told we had to wait because the restaurant was at full capacity. We were thanked for our patience. Langston was our server, he couldn't have been better. He was very polite , efficient, and friendly. Took care of every single detail including holding the main course to make sure we finished our appetizers. The food was really good as well. Ruth Chris never disappoints. I strongly recommend coming here.

Good, not the best Experience at a Ruth’s. We valet the car and the guy was a jerk. Hey dude your tip is to be nice or leave .this is a high end hotel/restaurant so act accordingly.
Everything was delicious I had the Salmon it was delicious. Then we got dessert and the Carrot Cake was to die for. Everyone enjoyed everything. Can't forget the lemon drop martini. Yum!!

EVERYTHING was amazing besides the lobster. We had a party of 5 and 2 people from our party ordered the lobster and said it was rubbery. They each took only 1 bite and didn't eat any more of it

My sister and I had the pleasure of dining at Ruth’s Chris in the Fulton Alley location, and our experience was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by our waitress, Melody, and our waiter, Marcus. Their professionalism and hospitality set the tone for the evening.
Both Melody and Marcus were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and guided us with excellent recommendations. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our dining experience flowed seamlessly. Our orders were taken with precision and delivered perfectly. When it came time for dessert, their suggestions were spot-on and made the meal even more memorable.
Their friendliness, kindness, and genuine care for our dining experience truly stood out. Ruth’s Chris is known for its outstanding food, but Melody and Marcus elevated the entire evening with their service. They are a true asset to the restaurant, and we will definitely be returning thanks to them!

Not sure what happened on tonight but the service was the slowest I've ever seen! To give the waiter the benefit of doubt maybe she was overwhelmed. She disappeared several times throughout the night for 20-30 minutes. We had reservations at 7:15pm and didn't get out of there until damn near closing. We had a toddler with us and asked that his food come out with the appetizers, which did not happen! After finishing our appetizers, we waited maybe 30-45 minutes before we saw the waitress and asked what the hold up was and was told “I had them put a hold on y'all food!” Now why would you do that, we been in here for over a hour and 30 minutes and you still haven't brought the babies food out yet. Now the main dishes come out, but no sides that we ordered came out with them and the baby food still hasn't come out (Mac and shrimp). The waitress disappeared again and we are all just sitting waiting for sides and I cut into my stuffed chicken and it's stuffed with nothing! At this point I'm over this night and ready to go! Should I even go on, the rest of the night went on like this. To sum it up, the baby food came out AFTER everyone had received all their main dishes and sides and by this time it was after 10pm for a 3 y/o, so you know how that goes. Waiting for desserts, waiting for checks, just a bunch of waiting and it was one of our guest first time and birthday! Thanks Ruth!
