Saba Reviews
Great food and wonderful atmosphere
Saba is one of our all-time favorite restaurants!!! Alon Shaya is so talented and brings Israeli/Mediterranean food to NOLA in the best, most traditional ways possible. Definitely have to dine here at least once.

Saba is a must-visit restaurant in New Orleans. Despite potential wait times, the incredible food makes it worth the visit. The portions may be small, but the dishes like smoked trout, blue crab hummus, broccoli with tzatziki, and redfish are all delicious. The grapefruit chamomile cocktail is a standout drink. The atmosphere is nice, and the service is good. With high-quality ingredients and a dedicated staff, Saba offers a top-notch dining experience. The menu includes dishes like Charred Broccoli, Moroccan Carrots, Tahini Hummus, and Lamb Kofta, all of which are prepared to perfection. The wood-fired oven bread is a delightful addition. Customers highly recommend the blue crab hummus, lutenitsa, and Bulgarian feta. Saba has been visited by notable figures such as Kaia Gerber, Toni Collette, and David Duchovny.
