This was the experience we had hoped for! Being the recipients of another's lifelong love of cooking and presenting (or anything else for that matter) was a wonderful honor. Every course was filled with anticipation and excitement. Well deserved accolades!!
First, I will start with the power went out after our tasting started. You would have thought this happened all the time. Staff didn’t miss a beat. Power came back on half way through. Didn’t matter. Food and wine pairing was absolutely life changing. Ramen is ruined for me. Theirs was epic. THANK YOU. For a wonderful experience; food and atmosphere. This was the highlight of my NOLA trip.
Loved this place! Food was fantastic, the Bywater atmosphere was relaxed, and the service excellent. You get the feeling that they're less about putting on airs and more about providing a truly outstanding culinary experience. I will definitely be back!
