The staff welcomed us with smiles and a joyful tone. Very helpful, too!

We had JUST missed happy hour and plan on coming back to give it a go.

Ate with my little sister today! There are a lot of options on the menu for everyone and while not everything may be a favorite, it’s all something worth trying! I’ve been to this location quite a few times over the years and it’s definitely smaller and not as popular as the other location in Metairie, it still provides good food. The servers were really nice and made sure to check on us frequently. The atmosphere left a bit more to be desired (we came in around 2PM today) but I have been here when it’s a bit busier and it’s much more lively. All in all, give it a try, you might find something you’ve never had before and enjoy. Not pictured: we also ordered the crispy Asian chicken (I normally get it), the rice is not seasoned, but the chicken is delicious

Sushi is terrible. Way too much rice for the rolls. Yellowtail neck smothered in Tony’s seasoning, ruined. Just go to Kyoto 2 down the street. Way better and authentic. Sake cafe has some of the worst sushi in the city and this is coming from a Japanese native. You get what you pay for. Cheap sushi is not good sushi. Waste of money.

Had a Bento box lunch. Good food and good portions for a low price. Will come again!

I haven’t ordered from here in a while and did so. We used to frequent this restaurant and location since it’s closest to our home. Since it was takeout, we didn’t eat here, so this review has nothing to do with the service. The food didnt taste bad, it was the quantity of food. The salmon box now comes with such a thin slice of salmon, you can see the rice through it. And you can tell more rice has been added. Making it hard to taste the salmon and crab on it. Then the California roll was packed with avocado, that again I could barely taste the very small amount of crab in it. Like many chains, it seems Sake has also fallen victim to giving less but charging more. Extremely disappointed and will have to find a new restaurant for quality sushi.

The service was good but I went during lunch and the food just wasn’t that good (the salmon and shrimp tempura and the rainbow roll). I think it’s better during dinner (at least that’s what I’ve heard). Their all you can eat menu is pretty large though. the rainbow roll came with crab stick inside instead of crab salad which threw me off (didn’t like it). I’ll probably come back for dinner. The salmon sashimi was super duper great though.

So consistent; satisfyingly good fresh sushi, attentive staff, quick service and convenient location.

Need to update their operational business days. I’m standing outside and the sign on the door says Monday-Thursday 11am-9:30pm, but they are closed. Other than that, I love it.

The lady was on her phone so much to the point that my rice that I ordered came 20 Mins after the rest of my food

Came for lunch and was satisfied! The Heart attack 911 roll was the best, flavor was awesome, plus the added jalapeño kick was fire(literally). Also that squid steak coming out piping hot was also great and suggested.
