I have been here before and had a great time. We were in the place earlier and then went to Coops for a bite to eat. Closed so we came back and we had to pay $20 cover charge each. DJ didn't really play dance music. Most people were drinking water while we spent money on alcohol ?. Maybe we will try again during JazzFest but not on a Sunday night.

We were two days into a bender when we felt the walls closing in on us. We had to leave the house. Who would even let us into their establishment in this state. We decided on lower Decatur. The uber driver rolled down his windows when we got in and began the journey to santos. We arrived to see the staff on a similar bender. Shots were poured the night was young, we had made it to the mecca. The gods were on our side this night.

Just an absolutely splendid joint. There was a phenomenal couple of djs that spun something akin to Fluke with SeyNoe mixed in. The doorperson was super friendly and the barkeep was on top of it in spite of the busy room. Out of all the bars we went to, it was the only place that could make my pal and I a hot toddy... it tasted STELLAR and ended up being the most affordable two drinks of the night.Balcony access closed around 2. Men's bathroom doesn't have a stall door which is WILD but if you make good use of the bar first, I guess it don't matter much.Pretty damn cool place. If I lived here, it could definitely become a problem. Hahah

Cool music bar! Saw Thelma and the Sleaze here. The show was great. Not sure what else to say. It's definitely a place that needs to have a band for something to be happening, but it's not necessary that you know the band before you show up - covers are pretty cheap so just go!
