Charming breakfast restaurant connected to a bookstore that offers delicious food in large portions. They offer a couple of vegan options, and the service was quick and efficient. I had the scrambled bowl that was full of flavor, with a side order of the praline french toast that was easily one of the best french toasts I've had.

Unfortunately- I heard great things and was very underwhelmed. The only thing I can say was that the catfish was good. After that - nothing else. My friend’s food was burnt. The waffles were too thick of a consistency to eat. And the grits were very bland. And to top it off - we had a lot of ants on our table while we were eating. Server did nothing about it when we were discreet about it.

Second time dining…..first time the food was on point……second time around, not so great…..took about 35 / 40 minutes for the food to come out……food was cold(french toast, egg, pork chop, bacon, sausage- not sure what kind of sausage it was, didn’t taste like sausage) …..menu states the french toast is brioche bread however we received regular white bread ….had to wipe ants away that were crawling from the wall to the table…..manager took care of the ticket-...
