I love that this place has stood the test of time because I look forward to coming to the spot every time I come back to one of my favorite cities. I used to come here all the time when I used to live here. It’s a warm, cozy and it has the best staff: You’re greeted by the sweetest most soft spoken host, Dalphenia, who will take you to your seat and take care of you until the rest of the wonderful staff steps in. Marquis is the ultimate shucker and is a great conversationalist, hilariously entertaining especially when traveling solo. Brianne makes an amazing cocktail, margaritas are my drink of choice and hers does not disappoint. Definitely one of the best!

I first came here on a trip to NOLA two years ago, and this was the first place on my mind that I HAD to return to. Brianne, Marquis, Dalphenia took such wonderful care of me during happy hour here! The happy hour deals are incredible, and I had some of the most delicious gulf oysters I’ve ever had. Also got a super reasonably priced and delicious dirty martini on the happy hour deal. Will be coming back here frequently on this trip for happy hour deals, the gorgeous interior, and good vibes.

Boquerones. Get the Boquerones. They’re crunchy, savory, then the acidity hits you and the green goddess dressing is light and bright. This is the work of a gifted chef. They also have very good oysters and cocktails. The interior ambiance is like a fancy submarine lounge. This place hits all the notes, but I think it matters what you order, and also the pace. Have an experience.
I also hate to detract from the seafood here but the burger is also noticeably better than most of what NOLA offers in this department.

Had a great meal at Seaworthy! Started with oysters that were fresh, local, and perfectly chilled followed by the wagyu burger, which was juicy and full of flavor. The grilled cabbage steak was a surprising standout: smoky, tender, and beautifully seasoned. Even the fries came with a house-made ketchup that was so good it deserves its own mention. Great food, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly service definitely worth a visit.

The people were very nice, the space was very nice as well. I ordered the lobster roll and it was good, but it needed more lobster. I had a lot of bread left over, but no lobster to eat with it. The table next to me ordered 2 rolls and I noticed they threw away alot of bread too. If they aren’t going to give more lobster, then they should give less bread.
What a great find! Wanted good food near our hotel and was guided to this small gem. Delicious Halibut and smoked trout entrees and the best charbroiled oysters I’ve ever had. The experience was made even better by the great service we received from the staff.
